VOER VOOR COMPLOTDENKERS: WIE REGEERT DE MENSEN?

14 April 2010 - Pamela Hemelrijk laat in onderstaande column ook zien door wie we geregeerd worden. Al heel lang. En bewijst dat 't grootste gedeelte van die tientallen regeringsleiders en staatshoofden op 'n Rockefeller instituut in de VS is afgericht. De demissionaire premier Balkenende bijvoorbeeld, en de al even onverkwikkelijke Sarkozy* in Frankrijk, waren zelfs jaargenoten in 1985.
De landsvluchtige, eerder door de VS en CIA gesteunde dictator - de net zoals veel andere regeringsleiders martelende en corrupte 'president' Bakiyev van Kyrgizië* - volgde dit 'International Visitors Leadership Program' ook in 2004. Zijn door de amerikaanse CIA en NGO's georchestreerde 'Tulpen revolutie' heeft het helemaal begeven, toen hij 'n paar dagen geleden bijna 100 mensen - die zich ertegen verzetten - liet doodschieten. Nu compromissen en rennen Bakiyev en zijn mede-criminelen voor hun leven.
Eén ding is overduidelijk in het geheel: de hele globale gang van onmenselijke zaken heeft een ecomomische achtergrond. Beter gezegd: het is een woekersysteem. We zijn er bijna allemaal het slachtoffer van, en miljoenen mensen jaarlijks sterven er hierdoor. De boosdoeners zijn de Rothschild's met hun criminele kartel avn privé-banken, die hebben de financiële macht. Deze macht is gebundeld in Rothschild's vroeger Nazi-Bank voor Internationale Betalingen, (Bank for International Settlements) de BIS, in Basel, Zwitserland.*
Nout Wellink die zijn rol vervult als directeur van de privé Nederlandse Bank, en al die z.g. 'ministers van financiën,' de premiers en andere staatshoofden, die wéten allemaal dat 't een woekersysteem is van de privé banken. Maar ze houden hun mond dicht tegenover de mensen die er door getroffen worden. Nout Wellink van de private Nederlandse Bank, de DNB NV - waar nederlanders hun uit het niets ontstane 'geld' moeten LENEN, en er bovendien rente over moeten betalen - was zélf jaren lang president van dit globale Rothschild woekersysteem. En hij werkt er nog steeds voor.

We zitten in hun web van schulden, dat is duidelijk. En daar moet snel 'n einde aan gemaakt worden. En alle schuldigen aan deze gigantische roofmoord - speciaal de media-propagandisten - moeten levenslang in het gevang verdwijnen. Dat hebben ze dubbel en dwars verdiend, die bloedzuigende moordenaars.

Karzai* ook. En anders wel Barak Obama.* Nu wil het geval dat Balkenende in 1985 een opleiding heeft gevolgd bij het Amerikaanse instituut International Visitors Leadership Program.* Hij was daar een jaargenoot van Sarkozy.*

Wat zou dat voor instituut zijn, dat aan de lopende band wereldleiders uitbraakt? En ja hoor, daar duikt zoals gebruikelijk weer de naam Rockefeller op. Nelson blijkt in 1940 aan de wieg van deze organisatie te hebben gestaan. En het instituut wordt, zo maak ik uit hun eigen website op, “gesubsidieerd door het Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs van het US State Department”. Goed idee van de Amerikaanse regering. Zo hou je internationaal nog eens een vinger in de pap.
De eigen website meldt zelfs vol trots dat het nog veel meer wereldleiders tot zijn oud-leerlingen mag rekenen: “Alumni of the International Visitor Leadership Program include 150 current and former chiefs of state and heads of government, more than 600 cabinet-level ministers, and thousands of prominent figures in various disciplines around the world. Among the most well known are Margaret Thatcher, F.W. De Klerk, Anwar Sadat, Indira Ghandi en Tony Blair.” Toe maar!

Als u nu nog steeds denkt dat het allemaal toeval is, dan is er volgens mij geen hoop meer voor u. Dan gelooft u alles wat de autoriteiten u op de mouw spelden. We kunnen stemmen tot we een ons wegen; we worden ondertussen al 50 jaar geregeerd door de Council on Foreign Relations, de Trilaterale Commissie, de Bilderberg Conferentie, het US state Department en het International Visitors Leadership Program. Wat zullen ze deze week weer een reuze schik hebben met z’n allen, op de Bilderberg Conferentie in Chantilly.*
PS. Ik heb nog geprobeerd om na te gaan of Job Cohen* soms ook een cursus bij het IVLP heeft gevolgd, maar ik heb niks kunnen vinden omdat burgemeesters niet worden vermeld.
Toch verwed ik er een krat Jack Daniëls [Bourbon whiskey - HR] onder dat hij ook een oud-leerling is; het is de enige verklaring die ik kan verzinnen voor het feit dat hij aan de lopende band prijzen krijgt toegekend door landen die geen benul hebben waar Amsterdam ligt, laat staan hoe Amsterdam wordt bestuurd.
Onlangs weer de ‘prestigieuze Martin Luther King Award’ uit Amerika en het Kruis van Verdienste van de Republiek Letland, if you please. Letland, for god’s sake! Hebben ze daar niks beters te doen dan Nederlandse burgemeesters te bekronen waar ze nog nooit van hebben gehoord?
Nederland peinst er niet over om pakweg burgemeesters in Albanië of Georgië met eerbewijzen te overladen, en terecht. Wat weten wij van de gemeentepolitiek in Tirana en Tbilisi? Niks, en het interesseert ons ook geen ene mallemoer.
Ik voorspel bij deze, dat Job Cohen, voor hij de pensioengerechtigde leeftijd bereikt, nog een torenhoge functie krijgt bij de VN, de NAVO, de Wereldbank of de EU.
Als hij al niet, tegen alle desastreuze PvdA peilingen in, toch nog eindigt als premier van Nederland.
Als ik ongelijk krijg, zal ik in het stof gaan.
Dat beloof ik plechtig.

IRAN: BALKENENDE WIL 'NUCLEAIR TRIBUNAAL'

13 April 2010 - De démissonaire* 'premier' Balkenende heeft via de werkelijke machthebbers van Nederland de opdracht gekregen een 'nucleair tribunaal' voor te bereiden. Hij voldoet hiermee aan de eisen van de lange-termijn planering van 't kriminele kartel waarvoor Balkenende zich prostitueert: de spanning tegen Iran blijven opvoeren. Dat moet de volgende illegale invasie en rooftocht van 't globale kartel worden.
Net zoals 't overige zich 'politicus' noemend politieke personeel van de belastingbetalers dit doet. Evenals de propagandamedia en computer-koelies van 't kartel van profiteurs, die Nederland met leugens en oorlogspropaganda bedekken als een misselijkmakende deken.*
Op de propaganda website van NOS teletekst, staat vandaag te lezen dat: "Volgens premier Balkenende waren er verscheidene landen die erkennen dat concrete internationale rechtregels op dit moment ontbreken." - [ ]
Dat is dus niet waar, en dat weet de 'Balkenbende' en dat weten de managers ook. Maar 't doet 't goed in de hersenspoeling van wat ze als klapvee beschouwen, de alsmaar belogen en permanent bestolen goegemeente van ruim 16 miljoen mensen. Alsof die wereldwijde kriminelen nog nooit van het NPT, het Non-Proliferatie Verdrag hebben gehoord. Of van de internationaal al lang vastgelegde 'Rechten van de Mens'? Alsof zo niks weten over de 'Neurenberg Principes'* die kunnen worden toegepast? Ze gedragen zich er in ieder geval nooit naar...
Weet U nog hoe 't er, bijna op de kop af drie jaar geleden, uitzag? Compleet met uitlatingen van de volledig onbetrouwbare en schijnheilige lands- en mensenverrader Maxime Verhagen? Zo:

DEN HAAG - 10 april 2007 - Het kabinet houdt zijn handen vrij om een buitenlandse aanval op Iran te steunen. Binnenkort volgt een notitie hierover waarna zowel de Eerste als Tweede Kamer zich erover buigen. De parlementariërs hebben haast, omdat de internationale spanning rond Iran oploopt. Net als Irak destijds over massavernietigingswapens, weigert Iran de Verenigde Naties openheid van zaken te geven over zijn nucleaire ambities. Minister Maxime Verhagen (Buitenlandse Zaken) had de motie ontraden. Volgens hem zijn er situaties mogelijk waarin ingrijpen tegen Iran denkbaar is. Overigens: wat een demissionair kabinet Balkenende en z'n baasjes wederrechtelijk en onbeschoft toch denken te kunnen doen, via de zich prostituerende propaganda-media, bleek ook al in 2003: "Nederland was massaal tegen de Irak-oorlog" - Op 18 maart 2003 besloot het demissionaire kabinet-Balkenende I steun te verlenen aan de oorlog tegen Irak. Het was een ingrijpend en felomstreden besluit, al helemaal voor een demissionair kabinet. De oorlog miste een overtuigende inhoudelijke en juridische grondslag en bracht onoverzichtelijke risico’s met zich mee. Van de Nederlanders was 89 procent er daarom tegen. HET GAAT ALTIJD OM WINST EN MACHT: NOOIT OM MENSENLEVENS
Het moet écht gezien worden als één globaal werkzame misdadige firma. En het wordt ook hoog tijd dat we - hoe gek en onmenselijk dit ook klinkt: het gaat dit moordzuchtige kartel nooit om de mensen, waar danook ter wereld. Miljoenen mensen lijden en worden jaarlijks gedood voor meer macht en profijt van 't kriminele kartel van de conflicten.
De globale rooftocht-financiers beschouwen mensen hooguit als een middel om de winst en macht te vergroten. En hun meelopers - zoals vrijwel alle 'politici' en de presstitutees in de media die ze ook bezitten - die doen eraan mee. Maar, en dat gaat echt gebeuren: ze zullen allemaal hun straf krijgen, in het gevang of door nachtmerries.

IRAN WORDT DOOR SATELLIETEN AL DERTIG JAAR GECONTROLEERD
Dit ondanks het feit dat de meeste mensen die erbij betrokken zijn wéten dat Iran - volgens alle geheime diensten ter wereld, behalve de Israëlische Mossad - géén kernwapens zou hebben. Of uranium voor kernwapens zou verrijken. Bovendien wordt er nog steeds - 24 uur per dag en zeven dagen in de week - satellietfoto's en films gemaakt door de VS, Rusland en China, die dit dagelijks bewijzen. En dat sedert minstens dertig jaar.*
Maar, volgens de globale propaganda is China nu ook van plan om mee te doen en 'strenge sancties' te eisen. Spel voor de galerijen en - zoals altijd uit die hoek: gelogen en bedrogen. China doet al heel lang mee met de globale rooftochten en woekerpraktijken.*

Die z.g. 'tribunalen' in Den Haag hebben trouwens geen enkele vorm van rechtsgeldigheid, en worden worden overigens betaald door de overinnaars. Zoals de financiers. MORDECHAI VANUNU EN KERNFYSICUS DR.FRANK BARNABY
En waarom niet 's gekeken naar de kernwapens die ook Israel heeft? En dit in 'n gestolen stuk land dat de NPT (Non-Proliferatie Verdrag) weigert te tekenen? Dat het z.g.Israel een kernwapenmacht is, is al lang bekend. En zeker sinds de israelische Mordechai Vanunu die er had gewerkt, in September 1986 foto's gaf aan de engelse krant 'Sunday Times' van de min of meer geheime Dimona kernwapencentrale.*
Dr. Frank Barnaby van 't King's College in Cambridge (GB), was in mijn tijd in Stockholm, Zweden, benoemd tot directeur van SIPRI, het Stockholm Peace Research Institute. Frank Barnaby - die ik persoonlijk kenden - was de kernfysicus die de foto's van Vanunu voor rekening van de Sunday Times onderzocht, zo vertelde hij me later. En goedkeurde.
Tien jaar later kwam de grote klapper: "Op 8 juli 1996 verklaarde het Internationale Gerechtshof in Den Haag het dreigen met, of gebruiken van kernwapens, illegaal. Balkenende die zegt 'christen' te zijn, net als veel van die oorlogsmisdadigers, moet voor z'n oorlogszuchtige managers strijd blijven zoeken met Iran. Balkenende zou daarentegen z'n baasjes 's moeten voorhouden, dat er zoiets als de 'Neurenberg Principes' bestaat. Mensen die tegen de illegale aanwezigheid van deze massavernietigingswapens protesteren, worden door de horige politie en de 'gewapende loopjongens' van 't misdadige kartel, de militairen, opgepakt, zoals de NOS wist te melden. Het vliegverkeer is door de actie van de demonstranten niet in gevaar geweest. Over de "werkelijke reden voor sancties tegen Iran" was het volgende te lezen: "De door de VS ingezette campagne om nieuwe economische sancties op te leggen aan Iran heeft niets te maken met het nobele doel van het beperken van de ontwikkeling van nucleaire wapens op deze wereld. Het is direct gekoppeld aan de Amerikaanse militaire doctrine van de oprichting van totale dominantie - dwz, militaire dominantie op land, zee, lucht en ruimte over alle andere landen in de wereld. De logische uitbreiding van deze leer is dat alleen landen die stevig gelieerd zijn aan de Amerikaanse regering zou moeten worden toegestaan om nucleaire wapens te verwerven of om zelfs het vermogen te ontwikkelen om dit te doen. - [ ]

Een belangrijk element van nationale soevereiniteit omvat het niet mengen in de binnenlandse aangelegenheden van landen, door externe mogendheden. Het is een belangrijke hoeksteen van echte internationale vrede en veiligheid, die onder andere verband houdt met het aanvaarden van en respect hebben voor de culturele, politieke en economische diversiteit in de wereld. En dat aanvalsoorlogen tegen landen die niet hebben aangevallen, verboden zijn onder internationaal recht. Aanvalsoorlogen zijn na WW2 tijdens het proces van Neurenberg onwettig verklaard, die de invasie van andere landen tot doel hebben met Duitsland als voorbeeld.
Vervolgens heeft de Algemene Vergadering van de Verenigde Naties resoluties vastgesteld voor een verbod op militaire agressie, invasies en bezettingen van een land door een ander - behalve uit zelfverdediging wanneer de aangevallen natie eerst zelf heeft aangevallen.
Van Iran is op dit moment alleen bekend dat het materialen voor kerncentrales ontwikkeld. En het heeft de VS nog nooit aangevallen maar toch wordt Iran onderworpen aan sancties, vraagt men om meer sancties, en dreigt men met mogelijke militaire acties tegen hen.
De waarheid over het Non-proliferatieverdrag
Als ondertekenaar van het VN-nucleaire non-proliferatie verdrag, mag Iran geen nucleare wapens ontwikkelen.
Maar - en dit is een cruciaal punt - het non-proliferatie verdrag geeft elke ondertekenende het soevereine recht om zich vrijwillig terug te trekken uit het verdrag met inachteming van een opzegtermijn van drie maanden. Daarna heeft dat land het absolute recht, krachtens het internationale recht, om nucleaire wapens op haar eigen grondgebied te plaatsen.
Noord-Korea, die oorspronkelijk het verdrag heeft ondertekend en zich later terugtrok, heeft nu het wettelijk recht om nucleaire wapens te ontwikkelen. India, Pakistan en Israël hebben het verdrag nooit ondertekend en hebben dus ook het wettelijke recht om nucleaire wapens te plaatsen.
In plaats van deze realiteit te erkennen, hebben de westerse politici en media dit systematisch verborgen voor het publiek. In plaats van de waarheid, hebben zij vage herhaalde mantra's als ' het trotseren van de internationale gemeenschap' (dwz niet buigen voor de wil van de VS).
In een typisch voorbeeld van deze misleidende retoriek, zei de Amerikaanse president Obama een paar dagen geleden: "Ondanks dat zij zeggen dat hun nucleaire activiteit alleen voor civiel gebruik is... ze in feite streven naar een weg die zou leiden tot bewapening, en dat is onaanvaardbaar voor de internationale gemeenschap. "
Het ontbreken van een juridisch argument in deze verklaring weerspiegelt het feit dat er geen juridisch argument is tegen het Iraanse kernenergieprogramma, en dat zelfs de ontwikkeling van wapens wettelijk zou worden als Irak zich terugtrekt uit het non-proliferatieverdrag. Natuurlijk, het door Obama gebezigde het “niet-aanvaardbaar zijn voor de internationale gemeenschap” betekent niet de naties van de wereld, maar “de VS en zijn bondgenoten”.
U. S. Sancties zijn een onderdeel van het imperialisme
Om het Amerikaanse beleid ten aanzien van Iran en Noord-Korea ten volle te begrijpen, moeten we het zien in de ruimere poging om zijn militaire machine over de hele wereld uit te breiden, en de eventuele belemmeringen voor haar machtspositie weg te nemen.
Er zijn momenteel 700 Amerikaanse militaire basissen buiten de VS, en het is bezig met een groot project om het bereik van de NAVO uit te breiden door het opnemen van zoveel mogelijk van de voormalige Oost-Europese socialistische staten van de voormalige Sovjet-Unie.
De VS wil ook militair zowel Rusland als China omringen met schepen voorzien ven aan raket-lanceerinrichting, base in naburige staten, hi-tech wapens op Taiwan, en de bewapening van kleine anti-Russische staten zoals Georgië. Amerikaanse bases worden ook gebouwd in Zuid-Amerikaanse land als Columbia, naast de deur van Venezuela, een land dat heeft geijverd om een socialistisch alternatief te ontwikkelen voor de Amerikaanse overheersing van de regio.
De Amerikaanse oppositie tegen het nucleaire programma van Iran is bedoeld om ervoor te zorgen dat de VS - en zijn nucleaire gewapende belangrijke bondgenoten zoals Groot-Brittannië, Frankrijk, India en Pakistan – de wereld kunnen blijven domineren. Het is ook bedoeld voor het verzwakken van het vermogen van het Midden-Oosten om zich tegen de Amerikaanse overheersing in hun regio te verzetten.

Factsheet Kernwapens: de stand van zaken.*
Kernwapen en vliegbasis Volkel: "Piloten van dit [F-16] squadron worden getraind in het afgooien van kernwapens. De kernwapens zelf blijven tot het moment van gebruik Amerikaans bezit. Het zijn ook de Verenigde Staten die het besluit tot inzet van kernwapens nemen. Wanneer dit het geval is, bepaalt de NAVO-commandant in Europa, de Strategic Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR), welke kernwapens gebruikt gaan worden. Hij geeft vervolgens een zogenaamd 'release order' aan de Amerikaanse eenheid die de kernwapens bewaken. Deze eenheid draagt de kernwapens over aan de piloten die ze moeten vliegen en afgooien. In voorkomend geval wordt de feitelijke beschikkingsmacht over de kernwapens dus overgedragen aan Nederlandse piloten. Een praktijk die op gespannen voet staat met het Nonproliferatieverdrag (NPV), dat de overdracht van kernwapens aan niet-kernwapenstaten verbiedt.
Kernwapens in Nederland
Uit onderzoek van diverse organisaties en journalisten in de jaren '80 van de vorige eeuw, komt naar voren dat er hoogstwaarschijnlijk op drie militaire bases in Nederland Amerikaanse kernwapens opgeslagen hebben gelegen: Havelte, 't Harde en Volkel. In de huidige situatie bevinden zich alleen op Vliegbasis Volkel nog kernwapens.
In tegenstelling tot het enkele bestaan van Nederlandse kernwapentaken, heeft de Nederlandse regering altijd geweigerd mededelingen te doen over de daadwerkelijke aanwezigheid van kernwapens in Nederland. Kamervragen worden door de Minister van Defensie nog altijd steevast beantwoord met de opmerking dat hierover wegens afspraken in NAVO-verband niets gezegd mag worden.
De kernwapens liggen opgeslagen in zogenaamde WS3-vaults, een soort wapenkluizen in de bodem van F16-hangars, die met een liftsysteem naar boven gehaald kunnen worden. In elke kluis is ruimte voor vier atoombommen, in de meeste gevallen bevatten ze echter twee. De in het algemeen gehanteerde schatting voor het aantal B61-bommen op Volkel gaat er vanuit dat tien van de elf aanwezige WS3-vaults voor opslag in gebruik zijn (de laatste kluis zou bedoeld zijn voor trainingsdoeleinden), elk met twee kernwapens, wat een totaal van twintig bommen maakt.28
De bewaking van en uitvoering van handelingen met de kernwapens wordt primair gedaan door speciale Amerikaanse eenheden. Op Volkel is dit het 703 Munition Support Squadron (703 MUNSS). Het 703 MUNSS maakt onderdeel uit van de 38th Munitions Maintenance Group, die opereert vanaf de Duitse vliegbasis Spangdahlem.
Alle Amerikaanse kernwapens in Europa zijn van het type B61 (mod 3 of mod 4), een tactische vrije val-bom. De kracht van de bom wordt ter plekke ingesteld door een schakelaar op het wapen (het zogenaamde 'dial-a-yield' of DAY-systeem) en kan variëren van 0,3 tot 170 kiloton. Alhoewel: de doodstraf is veel te snel voor deze misdadigers.

13 April 2010 - De démissonaire* 'premier' Balkenende heeft via de werkelijke machthebbers van Nederland de opdracht gekregen een 'nucleair tribunaal' voor te bereiden. Hij voldoet hiermee aan de eisen van de lange-termijn planering van 't kriminele kartel waarvoor Balkenende zich prostitueert: de spanning tegen Iran blijven opvoeren. Dat moet de volgende illegale invasie en rooftocht van 't globale kartel worden.
Net zoals 't overige zich 'politicus' noemend politieke personeel van de belastingbetalers dit doet. Evenals de propagandamedia en computer-koelies van 't kartel van profiteurs, die Nederland met leugens en oorlogspropaganda bedekken als een misselijkmakende deken.*
Op de propaganda website van NOS teletekst, staat vandaag te lezen dat: "Volgens premier Balkenende waren er verscheidene landen die erkennen dat concrete internationale rechtregels op dit moment ontbreken." - [ ]
Dat is dus niet waar, en dat weet de 'Balkenbende' en dat weten de managers ook. Maar 't doet 't goed in de hersenspoeling van wat ze als klapvee beschouwen, de alsmaar belogen en permanent bestolen goegemeente van ruim 16 miljoen mensen. Alsof die wereldwijde kriminelen nog nooit van het NPT, het Non-Proliferatie Verdrag hebben gehoord. Of van de internationaal al lang vastgelegde 'Rechten van de Mens'? Alsof zo niks weten over de 'Neurenberg Principes'* die kunnen worden toegepast? Ze gedragen zich er in ieder geval nooit naar...
Weet U nog hoe 't er, bijna op de kop af drie jaar geleden, uitzag? Compleet met uitlatingen van de volledig onbetrouwbare en schijnheilige lands- en mensenverrader Maxime Verhagen? Zo:

Net als Irak destijds over massavernietigingswapens, weigert Iran de Verenigde Naties openheid van zaken te geven over zijn nucleaire ambities. Minister Maxime Verhagen (Buitenlandse Zaken) had de motie ontraden. Volgens hem zijn er situaties mogelijk waarin ingrijpen tegen Iran denkbaar is. Overigens: wat een demissionair kabinet Balkenende en z'n baasjes wederrechtelijk en onbeschoft toch denken te kunnen doen, via de zich prostituerende propaganda-media, bleek ook al in 2003: "Nederland was massaal tegen de Irak-oorlog" - Op 18 maart 2003 besloot het demissionaire kabinet-Balkenende I steun te verlenen aan de oorlog tegen Irak. Het was een ingrijpend en felomstreden besluit, al helemaal voor een demissionair kabinet. De oorlog miste een overtuigende inhoudelijke en juridische grondslag en bracht onoverzichtelijke risico’s met zich mee. Van de Nederlanders was 89 procent er daarom tegen. HET GAAT ALTIJD OM WINST EN MACHT: NOOIT OM MENSENLEVENS
Het moet écht gezien worden als één globaal werkzame misdadige firma. En het wordt ook hoog tijd dat we - hoe gek en onmenselijk dit ook klinkt: het gaat dit moordzuchtige kartel nooit om de mensen, waar danook ter wereld. Miljoenen mensen lijden en worden jaarlijks gedood voor meer macht en profijt van 't kriminele kartel van de conflicten.
De globale rooftocht-financiers beschouwen mensen hooguit als een middel om de winst en macht te vergroten. En hun meelopers - zoals vrijwel alle 'politici' en de presstitutees in de media die ze ook bezitten - die doen eraan mee. Maar, en dat gaat echt gebeuren: ze zullen allemaal hun straf krijgen, in het gevang of door nachtmerries.

Maar, nu zegt die misdadige nationale schande Balkenende dus een 'nucleair tribunaal' voor z'n baasjes te willen, in Den Haag bijvoorbeeld, en Obama doet - net zoals de rest van die verraders - ook wat 'm wordt gezegd. Obama vindt 't dus 'n goed idee...
IRAN WORDT DOOR SATELLIETEN AL DERTIG JAAR GECONTROLEERD
Dit ondanks het feit dat de meeste mensen die erbij betrokken zijn wéten dat Iran - volgens alle geheime diensten ter wereld, behalve de Israëlische Mossad - géén kernwapens zou hebben. Of uranium voor kernwapens zou verrijken. Bovendien wordt er nog steeds - 24 uur per dag en zeven dagen in de week - satellietfoto's en films gemaakt door de VS, Rusland en China, die dit dagelijks bewijzen. En dat sedert minstens dertig jaar.*
Maar, volgens de globale propaganda is China nu ook van plan om mee te doen en 'strenge sancties' te eisen. Spel voor de galerijen en - zoals altijd uit die hoek: gelogen en bedrogen. China doet al heel lang mee met de globale rooftochten en woekerpraktijken.*

MORDECHAI VANUNU EN KERNFYSICUS DR.FRANK BARNABY
En waarom niet 's gekeken naar de kernwapens die ook Israel heeft? En dit in 'n gestolen stuk land dat de NPT (Non-Proliferatie Verdrag) weigert te tekenen? Dat het z.g.Israel een kernwapenmacht is, is al lang bekend. En zeker sinds de israelische Mordechai Vanunu die er had gewerkt, in September 1986 foto's gaf aan de engelse krant 'Sunday Times' van de min of meer geheime Dimona kernwapencentrale.*
Dr. Frank Barnaby van 't King's College in Cambridge (GB), was in mijn tijd in Stockholm, Zweden, benoemd tot directeur van SIPRI, het Stockholm Peace Research Institute. Frank Barnaby - die ik persoonlijk kenden - was de kernfysicus die de foto's van Vanunu voor rekening van de Sunday Times onderzocht, zo vertelde hij me later. En goedkeurde.
Tien jaar later kwam de grote klapper: "Op 8 juli 1996 verklaarde het Internationale Gerechtshof in Den Haag het dreigen met, of gebruiken van kernwapens, illegaal. Balkenende die zegt 'christen' te zijn, net als veel van die oorlogsmisdadigers, moet voor z'n oorlogszuchtige managers strijd blijven zoeken met Iran. Mensen die tegen de illegale aanwezigheid van deze massavernietigingswapens protesteren, worden door de horige politie en de 'gewapende loopjongens' van 't misdadige kartel, de militairen, opgepakt, zoals de NOS wist te melden. Dit via het lang geleden geprivatiseerde industrie-informatie agentschap ANP (stroman: Fentener van Vlissingen):

Op de vliegbasis Volkel heeft de marechaussee 31 demonstranten opgepakt. Ze waren tijdens een manifestatie tegen kernwapens over het hek van de basis geklommen. Eén van hen maakte zich schuldig aan verrnieling. De actievoerders hebben een bekeuring gekregen en kwamen daarna weer op vrije voeten.
Amerikaanse kernwapens: In totaal demonstreerden zo'n honderd mensen tegen kernwapens. Hoewel het officieel nooit is bevestigd, wordt aangenomen dat er op de basis in Volkel Amerikaanse kernwapens liggen opgeslagen. Het vliegverkeer is door de actie van de demonstranten niet in gevaar geweest. Een belangrijk element van nationale soevereiniteit omvat het niet mengen in de binnenlandse aangelegenheden van landen, door externe mogendheden. Het is een belangrijke hoeksteen van echte internationale vrede en veiligheid, die onder andere verband houdt met het aanvaarden van en respect hebben voor de culturele, politieke en economische diversiteit in de wereld. En dat aanvalsoorlogen tegen landen die niet hebben aangevallen, verboden zijn onder internationaal recht. Aanvalsoorlogen zijn na WW2 tijdens het proces van Neurenberg onwettig verklaard, die de invasie van andere landen tot doel hebben met Duitsland als voorbeeld.
Vervolgens heeft de Algemene Vergadering van de Verenigde Naties resoluties vastgesteld voor een verbod op militaire agressie, invasies en bezettingen van een land door een ander - behalve uit zelfverdediging wanneer de aangevallen natie eerst zelf heeft aangevallen.
Van Iran is op dit moment alleen bekend dat het materialen voor kerncentrales ontwikkeld. En het heeft de VS nog nooit aangevallen maar toch wordt Iran onderworpen aan sancties, vraagt men om meer sancties, en dreigt men met mogelijke militaire acties tegen hen.
De waarheid over het Non-proliferatieverdrag
Als ondertekenaar van het VN-nucleaire non-proliferatie verdrag, mag Iran geen nucleare wapens ontwikkelen.
Maar - en dit is een cruciaal punt - het non-proliferatie verdrag geeft elke ondertekenende het soevereine recht om zich vrijwillig terug te trekken uit het verdrag met inachteming van een opzegtermijn van drie maanden. Daarna heeft dat land het absolute recht, krachtens het internationale recht, om nucleaire wapens op haar eigen grondgebied te plaatsen.
Noord-Korea, die oorspronkelijk het verdrag heeft ondertekend en zich later terugtrok, heeft nu het wettelijk recht om nucleaire wapens te ontwikkelen. India, Pakistan en Israël hebben het verdrag nooit ondertekend en hebben dus ook het wettelijke recht om nucleaire wapens te plaatsen.
In plaats van deze realiteit te erkennen, hebben de westerse politici en media dit systematisch verborgen voor het publiek. In plaats van de waarheid, hebben zij vage herhaalde mantra's als ' het trotseren van de internationale gemeenschap' (dwz niet buigen voor de wil van de VS).
In een typisch voorbeeld van deze misleidende retoriek, zei de Amerikaanse president Obama een paar dagen geleden: "Ondanks dat zij zeggen dat hun nucleaire activiteit alleen voor civiel gebruik is... ze in feite streven naar een weg die zou leiden tot bewapening, en dat is onaanvaardbaar voor de internationale gemeenschap. "
Het ontbreken van een juridisch argument in deze verklaring weerspiegelt het feit dat er geen juridisch argument is tegen het Iraanse kernenergieprogramma, en dat zelfs de ontwikkeling van wapens wettelijk zou worden als Irak zich terugtrekt uit het non-proliferatieverdrag. Natuurlijk, het door Obama gebezigde het “niet-aanvaardbaar zijn voor de internationale gemeenschap” betekent niet de naties van de wereld, maar “de VS en zijn bondgenoten”.
U. S. Sancties zijn een onderdeel van het imperialisme
Om het Amerikaanse beleid ten aanzien van Iran en Noord-Korea ten volle te begrijpen, moeten we het zien in de ruimere poging om zijn militaire machine over de hele wereld uit te breiden, en de eventuele belemmeringen voor haar machtspositie weg te nemen.
Er zijn momenteel 700 Amerikaanse militaire basissen buiten de VS, en het is bezig met een groot project om het bereik van de NAVO uit te breiden door het opnemen van zoveel mogelijk van de voormalige Oost-Europese socialistische staten van de voormalige Sovjet-Unie.
De VS wil ook militair zowel Rusland als China omringen met schepen voorzien ven aan raket-lanceerinrichting, base in naburige staten, hi-tech wapens op Taiwan, en de bewapening van kleine anti-Russische staten zoals Georgië. Amerikaanse bases worden ook gebouwd in Zuid-Amerikaanse land als Columbia, naast de deur van Venezuela, een land dat heeft geijverd om een socialistisch alternatief te ontwikkelen voor de Amerikaanse overheersing van de regio.
De Amerikaanse oppositie tegen het nucleaire programma van Iran is bedoeld om ervoor te zorgen dat de VS - en zijn nucleaire gewapende belangrijke bondgenoten zoals Groot-Brittannië, Frankrijk, India en Pakistan – de wereld kunnen blijven domineren. Het is ook bedoeld voor het verzwakken van het vermogen van het Midden-Oosten om zich tegen de Amerikaanse overheersing in hun regio te verzetten.

Factsheet Kernwapens: de stand van zaken.*
Kernwapen en vliegbasis Volkel: "Piloten van dit [F-16] squadron worden getraind in het afgooien van kernwapens. De kernwapens zelf blijven tot het moment van gebruik Amerikaans bezit. Het zijn ook de Verenigde Staten die het besluit tot inzet van kernwapens nemen. Wanneer dit het geval is, bepaalt de NAVO-commandant in Europa, de Strategic Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR), welke kernwapens gebruikt gaan worden. Hij geeft vervolgens een zogenaamd 'release order' aan de Amerikaanse eenheid die de kernwapens bewaken. Deze eenheid draagt de kernwapens over aan de piloten die ze moeten vliegen en afgooien. In voorkomend geval wordt de feitelijke beschikkingsmacht over de kernwapens dus overgedragen aan Nederlandse piloten. Een praktijk die op gespannen voet staat met het Nonproliferatieverdrag (NPV), dat de overdracht van kernwapens aan niet-kernwapenstaten verbiedt.
Kernwapens in Nederland
Uit onderzoek van diverse organisaties en journalisten in de jaren '80 van de vorige eeuw, komt naar voren dat er hoogstwaarschijnlijk op drie militaire bases in Nederland Amerikaanse kernwapens opgeslagen hebben gelegen: Havelte, 't Harde en Volkel. In de huidige situatie bevinden zich alleen op Vliegbasis Volkel nog kernwapens.
In tegenstelling tot het enkele bestaan van Nederlandse kernwapentaken, heeft de Nederlandse regering altijd geweigerd mededelingen te doen over de daadwerkelijke aanwezigheid van kernwapens in Nederland. Kamervragen worden door de Minister van Defensie nog altijd steevast beantwoord met de opmerking dat hierover wegens afspraken in NAVO-verband niets gezegd mag worden.
De kernwapens liggen opgeslagen in zogenaamde WS3-vaults, een soort wapenkluizen in de bodem van F16-hangars, die met een liftsysteem naar boven gehaald kunnen worden. In elke kluis is ruimte voor vier atoombommen, in de meeste gevallen bevatten ze echter twee. De in het algemeen gehanteerde schatting voor het aantal B61-bommen op Volkel gaat er vanuit dat tien van de elf aanwezige WS3-vaults voor opslag in gebruik zijn (de laatste kluis zou bedoeld zijn voor trainingsdoeleinden), elk met twee kernwapens, wat een totaal van twintig bommen maakt.28
De bewaking van en uitvoering van handelingen met de kernwapens wordt primair gedaan door speciale Amerikaanse eenheden. Op Volkel is dit het 703 Munition Support Squadron (703 MUNSS). Het 703 MUNSS maakt onderdeel uit van de 38th Munitions Maintenance Group, die opereert vanaf de Duitse vliegbasis Spangdahlem.
Alle Amerikaanse kernwapens in Europa zijn van het type B61 (mod 3 of mod 4), een tactische vrije val-bom. De kracht van de bom wordt ter plekke ingesteld door een schakelaar op het wapen (het zogenaamde 'dial-a-yield' of DAY-systeem) en kan variëren van 0,3 tot 170 kiloton. And they run the world's monetary flow, while people - everywhere on earth - in general are told nothing about its existence. And 99.9% of humanity is its victim.
Those are the 'dark forces' at work, the so-called 'invisable hand' of the global market. And those who rule the world of money also decide what your 'money' is worth. Wether it's China's yuan, the Euros, the US dollar or whatever kind of money' they themselves print out of nothing. But we all pay the usury interest on this 'fiat money.' That's how the criminals have been doing this worldwide scam for centuries.

Apart from that, I happened to find a november 1983 article in Harper's Magazine, written by Edward Jay Epstein, and it gives one of the few glimpses behind the curtains of this global heist. As one of many who warned humanity for this cartel, the former British Prime Minister of England during the late 1800s, Benjamin D'Israeli, wrote in his book 'Coningsby':
"So you see... the world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes."
D'Israeli knew, like many: it's all smoke and mirrors which one has to see through if one wants to stay alive and fight them.
A Washington Post article by John M. Berry, was published June 28, 1998 - 15 years later, showing how seldom something is published about this usury bank - and used part of the Harper's article too.
So I wrote about it last year: "If you think that the so called 'Ministry of Finance' or similar in your country decides what the 'money' in your wallet - eventually on your bank-account - or the currency in your country is worth: forget it. What value the coins and notes in your wallet represent is since many decades decided by the directors and collaborators of the Rothschild usury empire, the Bank for International Settlements, the BIS, in Basel, Switzerland. That's where 'Central Bank' directors from many countries get their marching orders.
Rothschild's 'Bank for International Settlements' - the BIS in Basel, Switzerland - is our global 'Department of Finances' and the unbridled monetary monster we're confronted with. A monster that has ridden us without most of us knowing about it or understanding it.

Harper's, November 1983 - Ten times a year — once a month, except in August and October — a small elite of well dressed men arrives in Basel, Switzerland. Carrying overnight bags and attaché cases, they discreetly check into the Euler Hotel, across from the railroad station. They have come to this sleepy city from places as disparate as Tokyo, London, and Washington, D.C., for the regular meeting of the most exclusive, secretive, and powerful supranational club in the world.
Each of the dozen or so visiting members has his own office at the club, with secure telephone lines to his home country. The members are fully serviced by a permanent staff of about 300, including chauffeurs, chefs, guards, messengers, translators, stenographers, secretaries, and researchers. Also at their disposal are a brilliant research unit and an ultramodern computer, as well as a secluded country club with tennis courts and a swimming pool, a few kilometers outside Basel.
The membership of this club is restricted to a handful of powerful men who determine daily the interest rate, the availability of credit, and the money supply of the banks in their own countries. They include the governors of the U.S. Federal Reserve, the Bank of England, the Bank of Japan, the Swiss National Bank, and the German Bundesbank. The club controls a bank with a $40 billion kitty in cash, government securities, and gold that constitutes about one tenth of the world's available foreign exchange. - [Remember: this is 1983 - HR]
The profits earned just from renting out its hoard of gold (second only to that of Fort Knox in value) are more than sufficient to pay for the expenses of the entire organization. And the unabashed purpose of its elite monthly meetings is to coordinate and, if possible, to control all monetary activities in the industrialized world. The place where this club meets in Basel is a unique financial institution called the Bank for International Settlements - or more simply, and appropriately, the BIS (pronounced "biz" in German).
The BIS was originally established in May 1930 by bankers and diplomats of Europe and the United States, to collect and disburse Germany's World War I reparation payments (hence its name). It was truly an extraordinary arrangement. Although the BIS was organized as a commercial bank with publicly held shares, its immunity from government interference, and even taxation, in both peace and war was guaranteed by an international treaty signed in The Hague in 1930. Although all its depositors are central banks, the BIS has made a profit on every transaction. And because it has been highly profitable, it has required no subsidy or aid from any government.
Since it also provided, in Basel, a safe and convenient repository for the gold holdings of the European central banks, it quickly evolved into the bank for central banks. As the world depression deepened in the Thirties, and financial panics flared up in Austria, Hungary, Yugoslavia, and Germany, the governors in charge of the key central banks feared that the entire global financial system would collapse unless they could closely coordinate their rescue efforts. The obvious meeting spot for this desperately needed coordination was the BIS, where they regularly went anyway to arrange gold swaps and war-damage settlements.
Even though an isolationist Congress officially refused to allow the U.S. Federal Reserve [private bank owners, like Rothschild nad Rockefeller - HR] to participate in the BIS, or to accept shares in it (which were instead held in trust by the First National City Bank), the chairman of the Fed quietly slipped over to Basel for important meetings. World monetary policy was evidently too important to leave to national politicians.
During World War 11, when the nations, if not their central banks, were belligerents, the BIS continued operating in Basel, though the monthly meetings were temporarily suspended. In 1944, following Czech accusations that the BIS was laundering gold that the Nazis had stolen from occupied Europe, the American government backed a resolution at the Bretton Woods Conference calling for the liquidation of the BIS. The naive idea was that the settlement and monetary-clearing functions it provided, could be taken over by the new International Monetary Fund.

BIS: 'BEHIND THE MASK'
What could not be replaced, however, was what existed behind the mask of an international clearing house:
a supranational organization for setting and implementing global monetary strategy, which could not be accomplished by a democratic, United Nations-like international agency.
The central bankers, not about to let their club be taken from them, quietly snuffed out the American resolution.
After World War 11, the BIS reemerged as the main clearing house for European currencies and, behind the scenes, the favored meeting place of central bankers. When the dollar came under attack in the 1960s, massive swaps of money and gold were arranged at the BIS for the defense of the American currency. It was undeniably ironic that, as the president of the BIS observed, "the United States, which had wanted to kill the BIS, suddenly finds it indispensable." In any case, the Fed has become a leading member of the club, with either Chairman Paul Volcker or Governor Henry Wallich attending every "Basel weekend."
ANONYMITY: 'NO SIGN OVER THE DOOR IDENTIFYING THE BIS'
Originally, the central bankers sought complete anonymity for their activities. Their headquarters were in an abandoned six story hotel, the Grand et Savoy Hotel Universe, with an annex above the adjacent Frey's Chocolate Shop. There purposely was no sign over the door identifying the BIS, so visiting central bankers and gold dealers used Frey's, which is across the street from the railroad station, as a convenient landmark. It was in the wood-paneled rooms above the shop and the hotel that decisions were reached to devalue or defend currencies, to fix the price of gold, to regulate offshore banking, and to raise or lower short-term interest rates.
And though they shaped "a new world economic order" through these deliberations, according to Guido Carli, the governor of the Italian central bank,, the public, even in Basel, remained almost totally unaware of the club and its activities.
In May 1977, however, the BIS gave up its anonymity, against the better judgment of some of its members, in exchange for more efficient headquarters. The new building, an eighteen story-high circular skyscraper that rises over the medieval city like some misplaced nuclear reactor, quickly became known as the "Tower of Basel" and began attracting attention from tourists. "That was the last thing we wanted," Dr. Fritz Leutwiler, its president told me, when I interviewed him in 1983. "If it had been up to me, it never would have been built." While we talked, he kept his eyes glued to the Reuters screen in his office, which signaled currency fluctuations around the globe.
Despite its irksome visibility, the new headquarters does have the advantages of luxurious space and Swiss efficiency. The building is completely air-conditioned and self-contained, with its own nuclear-bomb shelter in the sub-basement, a triply redundant fire-extinguishing system (so outside firemen never have to be called in), a private hospital, and some twenty miles of subterranean archives. "We try to provide a complete clubhouse for central bankers ... a home away from home," said Gunther Schleiminger, the supercompetent general manager, as he arranged a rare tour of the headquarters for me
The top floor, with a panoramic view of three countries, Germany, France, and Switzerland, is a deluxe restaurant, used only to serve the members a buffet dinner when they arrive on Sunday evenings to begin the "Basel weekends." Aside from those ten occasions, this floor remains ghostly empty.
On the floor below, Schleiminger and his small staff sit in spacious offices, administering the day-today details of the BIS and monitoring activities on lower floors as if they were running an out-of-season hotel.
The Money Club (part 2)
The next three floors down are suites of offices reserved for the central bankers. All are decorated in three colors — beige, brown, and tan — and each has a similar modernistic lithograph over the desk. Each office also has coded speed-dial telephones that at a push of a button directly connect the club members to their offices in their central banks back home. The completely deserted corridors and empty offices, with nameplates on the doors and freshly sharpened pencils in cups and neat stacks of incoming papers on the desks, are again reminiscent of a ghost town. When the members arrive for their forthcoming meeting in November, there will be a remarkable transformation, according to Schleiminger, with multilingual receptionists and secretaries at every desk, and constant meetings and briefings.
On the lower floors are the BIS computer, which is directly linked to the computers of the member central banks and provides instantaneous access to data about the global monetary situation, and the actual bank, where eighteen traders, mainly from England and Switzerland, continually roll over short" term loans on the Eurodollar markets and guard against foreign-exchange losses (by simultaneously selling the currency in which the loan is due). On yet another floor, gold traders are constantly on the telephone arranging loans of the bank's gold to international arbitragers, thus allowing central banks to make interest on gold deposits.
Occasionally there is an extraordinary situation, such as the decision to sell gold for the Soviet Union, which requires a decision from the "governors," as the BIS staff calls the central bankers. But most of the banking is routine, computerized, and riskless. Indeed, the BIS is prohibited by its statutes from making anything but short-term loans. Most are for thirty days or less that are government guaranteed or backed with gold deposited at the BIS. The profits the BIS receives for essentially turning over the billions of dollars deposited by the central banks amounted to $162 million last year.
As skilled as the BIS may be at all this, the central banks themselves have highly competent staffs capable of investing their deposits. The German Bundesbank, for example, has a superb international trading department and 15,000 employees — at least twenty times as many as the BIS staff. Why then do the Bundesbank and the other central banks transfer some $40 billion of deposits to the BIS and thereby permit it to make such a profit?
"THE CLOAK OF THE BIS"
One answer is of course secrecy. By commingling ['mix' or 'blend' - HR] part of their reserves in what amounts to a gigantic mutual fund of short term investments, the central banks created a convenient screen behind which they can hide their own deposits and withdrawals in financial centers around the world. And the central banks are apparently willing to pay a high fee to use the cloak of the BIS.
There is, however, another reason why the central banks regularly transfer deposits to the BIS: they want to provide it with a large enough profit to support the other services it provides. Despite its name, the BIS is far more than a bank. From the outside, it seems to be a small, technical organization. Just eighty-six of its 298 employees are ranked as professional staff. But the BIS is not a monolithic institution: artfully concealed within the shell of an international bank, like a series of Chinese boxes one inside another, are the real groups and services the central bankers need - and pay to support.
The first box inside the bank is the board of directors, drawn from the eight European central banks (England, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Sweden, and the Netherlands), which meets on the Tuesday morning of each "Basel weekend." The board also meets twice a year in Basel with the central banks of other nations. It provides a formal apparatus for dealing with European governments and international bureaucracies like the IMF or the European Economic Community (the Common Market).
The board defines the rules and territories of the central banks with the goal of preventing governments from meddling in their purview. For example, a few years ago, when the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris appointed a low-level committee to study the adequacy of bank reserves, the central bankers regarded it as poaching on their monetary turf and turned to the BIS board for assistance. The board then arranged for a high-level committee, under the head of Banking Supervision at the Bank of England, to preempt the issue. The OECD got the message and abandoned its effort.
To deal with the world at large, there is another Chinese box called the Group of Ten, or simply the "G-10." It actually has eleven full-time members, representing the eight European central banks, the U.S. Fed, the Bank of Canada, and the Bank of Japan. It also has one unofficial member: the governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority. This powerful group, which controls most of the transferable money in the world, meets for long sessions on the Monday afternoon of the "Basel weekend." It is here that broader policy issues, such as interest rates, money-supply growth, economic stimulation (or suppression), and currency rates are discussed - if not always resolved.
Directly under the G-10, and catering to all its special needs, is a small unit called the "Monetary and Economic Development Department," which is, in effect, its private think tank. The head of this unit, the Belgian economist Alexandre Larnfalussy, sits in on all the G-10 meetings, then assigns the appropriate research and analysis to the half dozen economists on his staff. This unit also produces the occasional blue-bound "economic papers" that provide central bankers from Singapore to Rio de Janeiro, even though they are not BIS members, with a convenient party line.
For example, a recent paper called "Rules versus Discretion: An Essay on Monetary Policy in an Inflationary Environment," politely defused the Milton Friedmanesque dogma and suggested a more pragmatic form of monetarism. And last May, just before the Williamsburg summit conference, the unit released a blue book on currency intervention by central banks that laid down the boundaries and circumstances for such actions. When there are internal disagreements, these blue books can express positions sharply contrary to those held by some BIS members, but generally they reflect a consensus of the G-10.
Over A bratwurst-and-beer lunch on the top floor of the Bundesbank, which is located in a huge concrete building (called "the bunker") outside of Frankfurt, Karl Otto Pohl, its president and a ranking governor of the BIS, complained to me in 1983 about the repetitiousness of the meetings during the "Basel weekend." "First, there is the meeting on the Gold Pool, then, after lunch, the same faces show up at the G-10, and the next day there is the board which excludes the U.S., Japan, and Canada, and the European Community meeting which excludes Sweden and Switzerland." He concluded: "They are long and strenuous-and they are not where the real business gets done." This occurs, as Pohl explained over our leisurely lunch, at still another level of the BIS: "a sort of inner club."
The Money Club (part 3)
The inner club is made up of the half dozen or so powerful central bankers who find themselves more or less in the same monetary boat: along with Pohl are Volcker and Wallich from the Fed, Leutwiler from the Swiss National Bank, Lamberto Dini of the Bank of Italy, Haruo Mayekawa of the Bank of Japan, and the retired governor of the Bank of England, Lord Gordon Richardson (who had presided over the G-10 meetings for the past ten years). They are all comfortable speaking English; indeed, Pohl recounted how he has found himself using English with Leutwiler, though both are of course native German-speakers.
And they all speak the same language when it comes to governments, having shared similar experiences. Pohl and Volcker were both under secretaries of their respective treasuries; they worked closely with each other, and with Lord Richardson, in the futile attempts to defend the dollar and the pound in the 1960s. Dini was at the IMF in Washington, dealing with many of the same problems. Pohl had worked closely with Leutwiler in neighboring Switzerland for two decades. "Some of us are very old friends," Pohl said. Far more important, these men all share the same set of well-articulated values 'about money. - [And absolutely NOT about human beings. They just don't count. NEVER! Only profit counts. The BIS humanoids are monetary psychopaths. - HR]
The prime value, which also seems to demarcate the inner club from the rest of the BIS members, is the firm belief that central banks should act independently of their home governments. This is an easy position for Leutwiler to hold, since the Swiss National Bank is privately owned (the only central bank that is not government owned) and completely autonomous. ("I don't think many people know the name of the president of Switzerland - even in Switzerland," Pohl joked, "but everyone in Europe has heard of Leutwiler.") Almost as independent is the Bundesbank; as its president, Pohl is not required to consult with government officials or to answer the questions of Parliament - even about such critical issues as raising interest rates. He even refuses to fly to Basel in a government plane, preferring instead to drive in his Mercedes limousine.
The Fed is only a shade less independent than the Bundesbank: Volcker is expected to make periodic visits to Congress and at least to take calls from the White House - but he need not follow their counsel. While in theory the Bank of Italy is under government control, in practice it is an elite institution that acts autonomously and often resists the government. (In 1979, its then governor, Paolo Baffi, was threatened with arrest, but the inner club, using unofficial channels, rallied to his support.)
Although the exact relationship between the Bank of Japan and the Japanese government purposely remains inscrutable, even to the BIS governors, its chairman, Mayekawa, at least espouses the principle of autonomy. Finally, though the Bank of England is under the thumb of the British government, Lord Richardson was accepted by the inner club because of his personal adherence to this defining principle. But his successor, Robin Leigh-Pemberton, lacking the years of business and personal contact, probably won't be admitted to the inner circle.
In any case, the line is drawn at the Bank of England. The Bank of France is seen as a puppet of the French government; to a lesser degree, the remaining European banks are also perceived by the inner club as extensions of their respective governments, and thus remain on the outside. A second and closely related belief of the inner club is that politicians should not be trusted to decide the fate of the international monetary system. When Leutwiler became president of the BIS in 1982, he insisted that no government official be allowed to visit during a "Basel weekend." He recalled that in 1968, U.S. Treasury undersecretary Fred Deming had been in Basel and stopped in at the bank. "When word got around that an American Treasury official was at the BIS," Leutwiler said, "bullion traders, speculating that the U.S. was about to sell its gold, began a panic in the market."
Except for the annual meeting in June (called "the Jamboree" by the staff ), when the ground floor of the BIS headquarters is open to official visitors, Leutwiler has tried to enforce his rule strictly. "To be frank," he said, "I have no use for politicians. They lack the judgment of central bankers." This effectively sums up the common antipathy of the inner club toward "government muddling," as Pohl puts it.
The inner-club members also share a strong preference for pragmatism and flexibility over any ideology, whether that of Lord Keynes or Milton Friedman. Rather than resorting to rhetoric and invoking principles, the inner club seeks any remedy that will relieve a crisis. For example, earlier this year, when Brazil failed to pay back on time a BIS loan that was guaranteed by the central banks, the inner club quietly decided to extend the deadline instead of collecting the money from the guarantors. "We are constantly engaged in a balancing act-without a safety net," Leutwiler explained.
THE FINAL and by far the most important belief of the inner club is the conviction that when the bell tolls for any single central bank, it tolls for them all. When Mexico faced bankruptcy in the early eighties. The issue for the inner club was not the welfare of that country but, as Dini put it, "the stability of the entire banking system."
For months Mexico had been borrowing overnight funds from the interbank market in New York - as every bank recognized by the Fed is permitted to do - to pay the interest on its $80 billion external debt. Each night it had to borrow more money to repay the interest on the previous night's transactions, and, according to Dini, by August Mexico had borrowed nearly one quarter of all the "Fed Funds," as these overnight loans between banks are called.
The Fed was caught in a dilemma: if it suddenly stepped in and forbade Mexico from further using the interbank market, Mexico would be unable to repay its enormous debt the next day, and 25 percent of the entire banking system's ready funds might be frozen. But if the Fed permitted Mexico to continue borrowing in New York, in a matter of months it would suck in most of the interbank funds, forcing the Fed to expand drastically the supply of money.
It was clearly an emergency for the inner club. After speaking to Miguel Mancera, director of the Banco de Mexico, Volcker immediately called Leutwiler, who was vacationing in the Swiss mountain village of Grison. Leutwiler realized that the entire system was confronted by a financial time bomb: even though the IMF was prepared to extend $4.5 billion to Mexico to relieve the pressure on its long-term debt, it would require months of paperwork to get approval for the loan. And Mexico needed an immediate 1.85 billion dollar loan to get out of the interbank market, which Mancera had agreed to do. But in less than forty eight hours, Leutwiler had called the members of the inner club and arranged the temporary bridging loan.
While this $1.85 billion appeared in the financial press to have come from the BIS, virtually all the funds came from the central banks in the inner club. Half came directly from the United States -$600 million from the Treasury's exchange-equalization fund and $325 million from the Fed's coffers; the remaining $925 million mainly from deposits of the Bundesbank, Swiss National Bank, Bank of England, Bank of Italy, and Bank of Japan, deposits that were specifically guaranteed by these central banks, though advanced pro forma by the BIS (with a token amount advanced by the BIS itself against the collateral of Mexican gold).
The BIS undertook virtually no risk in this rescue operation; it merely provided a convenient cloak for the inner club. Otherwise, its members, especially Volcker, would have had to take the political heat individually for what appeared to be the rescue of an underdeveloped country. In fact, they were true to their paramount values: rescuing the banking system itself.
Inner club members publicly pay lip service to the ideal of preserving the character of the BIS and not turning it into a lender of last resort for the world at large.
Privately, however, they will undoubtedly continue their maneuvers to protect the banking system at whatever point in the world it seems most vulnerable.
After all, it is ultimately the central banks' money at risk, not the BIS's.

Those are the 'dark forces' at work, the so-called 'invisable hand' of the global market. And those who rule the world of money also decide what your 'money' is worth. Wether it's China's yuan, the Euros, the US dollar or whatever kind of money' they themselves print out of nothing. But we all pay the usury interest on this 'fiat money.' That's how the criminals have been doing this worldwide scam for centuries.

Apart from that, I happened to find a november 1983 article in Harper's Magazine, written by Edward Jay Epstein, and it gives one of the few glimpses behind the curtains of this global heist. As one of many who warned humanity for this cartel, the former British Prime Minister of England during the late 1800s, Benjamin D'Israeli, wrote in his book 'Coningsby':
"So you see... the world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes."
D'Israeli knew, like many: it's all smoke and mirrors which one has to see through if one wants to stay alive and fight them.
A Washington Post article by John M. Berry, was published June 28, 1998 - 15 years later, showing how seldom something is published about this usury bank - and used part of the Harper's article too.
So I wrote about it last year: "If you think that the so called 'Ministry of Finance' or similar in your country decides what the 'money' in your wallet - eventually on your bank-account - or the currency in your country is worth: forget it. What value the coins and notes in your wallet represent is since many decades decided by the directors and collaborators of the Rothschild usury empire, the Bank for International Settlements, the BIS, in Basel, Switzerland. That's where 'Central Bank' directors from many countries get their marching orders.

The members are fully serviced by a permanent staff of about 300, including chauffeurs, chefs, guards, messengers, translators, stenographers, secretaries, and researchers. Also at their disposal are a brilliant research unit and an ultramodern computer, as well as a secluded country club with tennis courts and a swimming pool, a few kilometers outside Basel.
The membership of this club is restricted to a handful of powerful men who determine daily the interest rate, the availability of credit, and the money supply of the banks in their own countries. They include the governors of the U.S. Federal Reserve, the Bank of England, the Bank of Japan, the Swiss National Bank, and the German Bundesbank. The club controls a bank with a $40 billion kitty in cash, government securities, and gold that constitutes about one tenth of the world's available foreign exchange. - [Remember: this is 1983 - HR]
The profits earned just from renting out its hoard of gold (second only to that of Fort Knox in value) are more than sufficient to pay for the expenses of the entire organization. And the unabashed purpose of its elite monthly meetings is to coordinate and, if possible, to control all monetary activities in the industrialized world. The place where this club meets in Basel is a unique financial institution called the Bank for International Settlements - or more simply, and appropriately, the BIS (pronounced "biz" in German).
The BIS was originally established in May 1930 by bankers and diplomats of Europe and the United States, to collect and disburse Germany's World War I reparation payments (hence its name). It was truly an extraordinary arrangement. Although the BIS was organized as a commercial bank with publicly held shares, its immunity from government interference, and even taxation, in both peace and war was guaranteed by an international treaty signed in The Hague in 1930. Although all its depositors are central banks, the BIS has made a profit on every transaction. And because it has been highly profitable, it has required no subsidy or aid from any government.
Since it also provided, in Basel, a safe and convenient repository for the gold holdings of the European central banks, it quickly evolved into the bank for central banks. As the world depression deepened in the Thirties, and financial panics flared up in Austria, Hungary, Yugoslavia, and Germany, the governors in charge of the key central banks feared that the entire global financial system would collapse unless they could closely coordinate their rescue efforts. The obvious meeting spot for this desperately needed coordination was the BIS, where they regularly went anyway to arrange gold swaps and war-damage settlements.
Even though an isolationist Congress officially refused to allow the U.S. Federal Reserve [private bank owners, like Rothschild nad Rockefeller - HR] to participate in the BIS, or to accept shares in it (which were instead held in trust by the First National City Bank), the chairman of the Fed quietly slipped over to Basel for important meetings. World monetary policy was evidently too important to leave to national politicians.
During World War 11, when the nations, if not their central banks, were belligerents, the BIS continued operating in Basel, though the monthly meetings were temporarily suspended. In 1944, following Czech accusations that the BIS was laundering gold that the Nazis had stolen from occupied Europe, the American government backed a resolution at the Bretton Woods Conference calling for the liquidation of the BIS. The naive idea was that the settlement and monetary-clearing functions it provided, could be taken over by the new International Monetary Fund.

BIS: 'BEHIND THE MASK'
What could not be replaced, however, was what existed behind the mask of an international clearing house:
a supranational organization for setting and implementing global monetary strategy, which could not be accomplished by a democratic, United Nations-like international agency.
The central bankers, not about to let their club be taken from them, quietly snuffed out the American resolution.
After World War 11, the BIS reemerged as the main clearing house for European currencies and, behind the scenes, the favored meeting place of central bankers. When the dollar came under attack in the 1960s, massive swaps of money and gold were arranged at the BIS for the defense of the American currency. It was undeniably ironic that, as the president of the BIS observed, "the United States, which had wanted to kill the BIS, suddenly finds it indispensable." In any case, the Fed has become a leading member of the club, with either Chairman Paul Volcker or Governor Henry Wallich attending every "Basel weekend."
ANONYMITY: 'NO SIGN OVER THE DOOR IDENTIFYING THE BIS'
Originally, the central bankers sought complete anonymity for their activities. Their headquarters were in an abandoned six story hotel, the Grand et Savoy Hotel Universe, with an annex above the adjacent Frey's Chocolate Shop. There purposely was no sign over the door identifying the BIS, so visiting central bankers and gold dealers used Frey's, which is across the street from the railroad station, as a convenient landmark. It was in the wood-paneled rooms above the shop and the hotel that decisions were reached to devalue or defend currencies, to fix the price of gold, to regulate offshore banking, and to raise or lower short-term interest rates.
And though they shaped "a new world economic order" through these deliberations, according to Guido Carli, the governor of the Italian central bank,, the public, even in Basel, remained almost totally unaware of the club and its activities.
In May 1977, however, the BIS gave up its anonymity, against the better judgment of some of its members, in exchange for more efficient headquarters. The new building, an eighteen story-high circular skyscraper that rises over the medieval city like some misplaced nuclear reactor, quickly became known as the "Tower of Basel" and began attracting attention from tourists. "That was the last thing we wanted," Dr. Fritz Leutwiler, its president told me, when I interviewed him in 1983. "If it had been up to me, it never would have been built." While we talked, he kept his eyes glued to the Reuters screen in his office, which signaled currency fluctuations around the globe.
Despite its irksome visibility, the new headquarters does have the advantages of luxurious space and Swiss efficiency. The building is completely air-conditioned and self-contained, with its own nuclear-bomb shelter in the sub-basement, a triply redundant fire-extinguishing system (so outside firemen never have to be called in), a private hospital, and some twenty miles of subterranean archives. "We try to provide a complete clubhouse for central bankers ... a home away from home," said Gunther Schleiminger, the supercompetent general manager, as he arranged a rare tour of the headquarters for me
The top floor, with a panoramic view of three countries, Germany, France, and Switzerland, is a deluxe restaurant, used only to serve the members a buffet dinner when they arrive on Sunday evenings to begin the "Basel weekends." Aside from those ten occasions, this floor remains ghostly empty.
On the floor below, Schleiminger and his small staff sit in spacious offices, administering the day-today details of the BIS and monitoring activities on lower floors as if they were running an out-of-season hotel.
The Money Club (part 2)
The next three floors down are suites of offices reserved for the central bankers. All are decorated in three colors — beige, brown, and tan — and each has a similar modernistic lithograph over the desk. Each office also has coded speed-dial telephones that at a push of a button directly connect the club members to their offices in their central banks back home. The completely deserted corridors and empty offices, with nameplates on the doors and freshly sharpened pencils in cups and neat stacks of incoming papers on the desks, are again reminiscent of a ghost town. When the members arrive for their forthcoming meeting in November, there will be a remarkable transformation, according to Schleiminger, with multilingual receptionists and secretaries at every desk, and constant meetings and briefings.
On the lower floors are the BIS computer, which is directly linked to the computers of the member central banks and provides instantaneous access to data about the global monetary situation, and the actual bank, where eighteen traders, mainly from England and Switzerland, continually roll over short" term loans on the Eurodollar markets and guard against foreign-exchange losses (by simultaneously selling the currency in which the loan is due). On yet another floor, gold traders are constantly on the telephone arranging loans of the bank's gold to international arbitragers, thus allowing central banks to make interest on gold deposits.
Occasionally there is an extraordinary situation, such as the decision to sell gold for the Soviet Union, which requires a decision from the "governors," as the BIS staff calls the central bankers. But most of the banking is routine, computerized, and riskless. Indeed, the BIS is prohibited by its statutes from making anything but short-term loans. Most are for thirty days or less that are government guaranteed or backed with gold deposited at the BIS. The profits the BIS receives for essentially turning over the billions of dollars deposited by the central banks amounted to $162 million last year.
As skilled as the BIS may be at all this, the central banks themselves have highly competent staffs capable of investing their deposits. The German Bundesbank, for example, has a superb international trading department and 15,000 employees — at least twenty times as many as the BIS staff. Why then do the Bundesbank and the other central banks transfer some $40 billion of deposits to the BIS and thereby permit it to make such a profit?
"THE CLOAK OF THE BIS"
One answer is of course secrecy. By commingling ['mix' or 'blend' - HR] part of their reserves in what amounts to a gigantic mutual fund of short term investments, the central banks created a convenient screen behind which they can hide their own deposits and withdrawals in financial centers around the world. And the central banks are apparently willing to pay a high fee to use the cloak of the BIS.
There is, however, another reason why the central banks regularly transfer deposits to the BIS: they want to provide it with a large enough profit to support the other services it provides. Despite its name, the BIS is far more than a bank. From the outside, it seems to be a small, technical organization. Just eighty-six of its 298 employees are ranked as professional staff. But the BIS is not a monolithic institution: artfully concealed within the shell of an international bank, like a series of Chinese boxes one inside another, are the real groups and services the central bankers need - and pay to support.
The first box inside the bank is the board of directors, drawn from the eight European central banks (England, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Sweden, and the Netherlands), which meets on the Tuesday morning of each "Basel weekend." The board also meets twice a year in Basel with the central banks of other nations. It provides a formal apparatus for dealing with European governments and international bureaucracies like the IMF or the European Economic Community (the Common Market).
The board defines the rules and territories of the central banks with the goal of preventing governments from meddling in their purview. For example, a few years ago, when the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris appointed a low-level committee to study the adequacy of bank reserves, the central bankers regarded it as poaching on their monetary turf and turned to the BIS board for assistance. The board then arranged for a high-level committee, under the head of Banking Supervision at the Bank of England, to preempt the issue. The OECD got the message and abandoned its effort.
To deal with the world at large, there is another Chinese box called the Group of Ten, or simply the "G-10." It actually has eleven full-time members, representing the eight European central banks, the U.S. Fed, the Bank of Canada, and the Bank of Japan. It also has one unofficial member: the governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority. This powerful group, which controls most of the transferable money in the world, meets for long sessions on the Monday afternoon of the "Basel weekend." It is here that broader policy issues, such as interest rates, money-supply growth, economic stimulation (or suppression), and currency rates are discussed - if not always resolved.
Directly under the G-10, and catering to all its special needs, is a small unit called the "Monetary and Economic Development Department," which is, in effect, its private think tank. The head of this unit, the Belgian economist Alexandre Larnfalussy, sits in on all the G-10 meetings, then assigns the appropriate research and analysis to the half dozen economists on his staff. This unit also produces the occasional blue-bound "economic papers" that provide central bankers from Singapore to Rio de Janeiro, even though they are not BIS members, with a convenient party line.
For example, a recent paper called "Rules versus Discretion: An Essay on Monetary Policy in an Inflationary Environment," politely defused the Milton Friedmanesque dogma and suggested a more pragmatic form of monetarism. And last May, just before the Williamsburg summit conference, the unit released a blue book on currency intervention by central banks that laid down the boundaries and circumstances for such actions. When there are internal disagreements, these blue books can express positions sharply contrary to those held by some BIS members, but generally they reflect a consensus of the G-10.
Over A bratwurst-and-beer lunch on the top floor of the Bundesbank, which is located in a huge concrete building (called "the bunker") outside of Frankfurt, Karl Otto Pohl, its president and a ranking governor of the BIS, complained to me in 1983 about the repetitiousness of the meetings during the "Basel weekend." "First, there is the meeting on the Gold Pool, then, after lunch, the same faces show up at the G-10, and the next day there is the board which excludes the U.S., Japan, and Canada, and the European Community meeting which excludes Sweden and Switzerland." He concluded: "They are long and strenuous-and they are not where the real business gets done." This occurs, as Pohl explained over our leisurely lunch, at still another level of the BIS: "a sort of inner club."
The Money Club (part 3)
The inner club is made up of the half dozen or so powerful central bankers who find themselves more or less in the same monetary boat: along with Pohl are Volcker and Wallich from the Fed, Leutwiler from the Swiss National Bank, Lamberto Dini of the Bank of Italy, Haruo Mayekawa of the Bank of Japan, and the retired governor of the Bank of England, Lord Gordon Richardson (who had presided over the G-10 meetings for the past ten years). They are all comfortable speaking English; indeed, Pohl recounted how he has found himself using English with Leutwiler, though both are of course native German-speakers.
And they all speak the same language when it comes to governments, having shared similar experiences. Pohl and Volcker were both under secretaries of their respective treasuries; they worked closely with each other, and with Lord Richardson, in the futile attempts to defend the dollar and the pound in the 1960s. Dini was at the IMF in Washington, dealing with many of the same problems. Pohl had worked closely with Leutwiler in neighboring Switzerland for two decades. "Some of us are very old friends," Pohl said. Far more important, these men all share the same set of well-articulated values 'about money. - [And absolutely NOT about human beings. They just don't count. NEVER! Only profit counts. The BIS humanoids are monetary psychopaths. - HR]
The prime value, which also seems to demarcate the inner club from the rest of the BIS members, is the firm belief that central banks should act independently of their home governments. This is an easy position for Leutwiler to hold, since the Swiss National Bank is privately owned (the only central bank that is not government owned) and completely autonomous. ("I don't think many people know the name of the president of Switzerland - even in Switzerland," Pohl joked, "but everyone in Europe has heard of Leutwiler.") Almost as independent is the Bundesbank; as its president, Pohl is not required to consult with government officials or to answer the questions of Parliament - even about such critical issues as raising interest rates. He even refuses to fly to Basel in a government plane, preferring instead to drive in his Mercedes limousine.
The Fed is only a shade less independent than the Bundesbank: Volcker is expected to make periodic visits to Congress and at least to take calls from the White House - but he need not follow their counsel. While in theory the Bank of Italy is under government control, in practice it is an elite institution that acts autonomously and often resists the government. (In 1979, its then governor, Paolo Baffi, was threatened with arrest, but the inner club, using unofficial channels, rallied to his support.)
Although the exact relationship between the Bank of Japan and the Japanese government purposely remains inscrutable, even to the BIS governors, its chairman, Mayekawa, at least espouses the principle of autonomy. Finally, though the Bank of England is under the thumb of the British government, Lord Richardson was accepted by the inner club because of his personal adherence to this defining principle. But his successor, Robin Leigh-Pemberton, lacking the years of business and personal contact, probably won't be admitted to the inner circle.
In any case, the line is drawn at the Bank of England. The Bank of France is seen as a puppet of the French government; to a lesser degree, the remaining European banks are also perceived by the inner club as extensions of their respective governments, and thus remain on the outside. A second and closely related belief of the inner club is that politicians should not be trusted to decide the fate of the international monetary system. When Leutwiler became president of the BIS in 1982, he insisted that no government official be allowed to visit during a "Basel weekend." He recalled that in 1968, U.S. Treasury undersecretary Fred Deming had been in Basel and stopped in at the bank. "When word got around that an American Treasury official was at the BIS," Leutwiler said, "bullion traders, speculating that the U.S. was about to sell its gold, began a panic in the market."
Except for the annual meeting in June (called "the Jamboree" by the staff ), when the ground floor of the BIS headquarters is open to official visitors, Leutwiler has tried to enforce his rule strictly. "To be frank," he said, "I have no use for politicians. They lack the judgment of central bankers." This effectively sums up the common antipathy of the inner club toward "government muddling," as Pohl puts it.
The inner-club members also share a strong preference for pragmatism and flexibility over any ideology, whether that of Lord Keynes or Milton Friedman. Rather than resorting to rhetoric and invoking principles, the inner club seeks any remedy that will relieve a crisis. For example, earlier this year, when Brazil failed to pay back on time a BIS loan that was guaranteed by the central banks, the inner club quietly decided to extend the deadline instead of collecting the money from the guarantors. "We are constantly engaged in a balancing act-without a safety net," Leutwiler explained.
THE FINAL and by far the most important belief of the inner club is the conviction that when the bell tolls for any single central bank, it tolls for them all. When Mexico faced bankruptcy in the early eighties. The issue for the inner club was not the welfare of that country but, as Dini put it, "the stability of the entire banking system."
For months Mexico had been borrowing overnight funds from the interbank market in New York - as every bank recognized by the Fed is permitted to do - to pay the interest on its $80 billion external debt. Each night it had to borrow more money to repay the interest on the previous night's transactions, and, according to Dini, by August Mexico had borrowed nearly one quarter of all the "Fed Funds," as these overnight loans between banks are called.
The Fed was caught in a dilemma: if it suddenly stepped in and forbade Mexico from further using the interbank market, Mexico would be unable to repay its enormous debt the next day, and 25 percent of the entire banking system's ready funds might be frozen. But if the Fed permitted Mexico to continue borrowing in New York, in a matter of months it would suck in most of the interbank funds, forcing the Fed to expand drastically the supply of money.
It was clearly an emergency for the inner club. After speaking to Miguel Mancera, director of the Banco de Mexico, Volcker immediately called Leutwiler, who was vacationing in the Swiss mountain village of Grison. Leutwiler realized that the entire system was confronted by a financial time bomb: even though the IMF was prepared to extend $4.5 billion to Mexico to relieve the pressure on its long-term debt, it would require months of paperwork to get approval for the loan. And Mexico needed an immediate 1.85 billion dollar loan to get out of the interbank market, which Mancera had agreed to do. But in less than forty eight hours, Leutwiler had called the members of the inner club and arranged the temporary bridging loan.
While this $1.85 billion appeared in the financial press to have come from the BIS, virtually all the funds came from the central banks in the inner club. Half came directly from the United States -$600 million from the Treasury's exchange-equalization fund and $325 million from the Fed's coffers; the remaining $925 million mainly from deposits of the Bundesbank, Swiss National Bank, Bank of England, Bank of Italy, and Bank of Japan, deposits that were specifically guaranteed by these central banks, though advanced pro forma by the BIS (with a token amount advanced by the BIS itself against the collateral of Mexican gold).
The BIS undertook virtually no risk in this rescue operation; it merely provided a convenient cloak for the inner club. Otherwise, its members, especially Volcker, would have had to take the political heat individually for what appeared to be the rescue of an underdeveloped country. In fact, they were true to their paramount values: rescuing the banking system itself.
Inner club members publicly pay lip service to the ideal of preserving the character of the BIS and not turning it into a lender of last resort for the world at large.
Privately, however, they will undoubtedly continue their maneuvers to protect the banking system at whatever point in the world it seems most vulnerable.
After all, it is ultimately the central banks' money at risk, not the BIS's.
And the inner club will also keep using the BIS as its public mask, and pay the requisite price for the disguise." -[end story]

US/NATO offensive in Kandahar: No competition in the drug trade!

April 10th 2010 - For war prone and profiteer George Soros and the CIA, who were in the frontline with an office of the Soros Foundation in the Kyrgyzstan capital Bishkek, the blowback crash is continuing. The managers of the criminal cartel in the U.S. have until further notice stopped the flights to Afghanistan from the Manas air base in Kyrgyzstan, showing that blowbacks are bad for business...
For the cartel's racket and their armed errand boys - aka as 'troops' - the Manas US air base in Kyrgyzstan is a crucial one. Meaning monthly the transport of thousands of other troops/gofers, and $billions in wealth from the cartel's drug trade in Afghanistan. The criminal cartel, via it's smuggle organisation the CIA, now controls 95% (ninety-five percent) of the world's heroine market.*
In the story I did before, concerning the Golden Triangle, the US, Banks & UK, it was the same as every year the illegal invasion of Afghanistan resulted in a record opium harvest. Just think about: who has the millions to do this, and how much profit offers a liter of oil compared to a kilo of heroine?

DEFENDING THE DRUGS CARTEL: BBC BROADCASTS 'FAKE' NEWS REPORTS
Concerning the BBC: David Miller of Spinwatch revealed in 2005 already that fake journalists were operating in the UK. The government pays for their wages and they provide news as if they were normal journalists rather than paid propagandists.
Spinwatch investigation has revealed that journalists working for the Services Sound and Vision Corporation (SSVC) have been commissioned to provide news reports to the BBC. The BBC has been using these reports as if they were genuine news.

BBC 2010/04/10 - The US has suspended all troop flights to Afghanistan from Kyrgyzstan, where tensions remain after a violent uprising against the president. Funerals are to take place later of some 75 people killed in the uprising.
The first funerals were held as a day of mourning for those killed was observed on Friday, with thousands of mourners gathering to lay flowers in the main square of the capital Bishkek. More than 1,500 are also believed to have been injured in the violence.
Kyrgyzstan is now in the hands of an interim government led by former Foreign Minister Roza Otunbayeva. Ousted Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev said that although he still regarded himself as the legitimately elected president, with widespread support, he feared he would be killed if he returned to the capital, Bishkek.
Speaking from a secret location in the southern city of Jalalabad, he told the BBC that armed opposition supporters had targeted his office during Wednesday's uprising, and were still trying to track him down. - [ ]
Russia also has an airbase in Kyrgyzstan, and the presence of both has been the focus of debate in recent months. Mr Bakiyev told the BBC the opposition wanted to close the base down. "I think that would be wrong. It's really vital, not only for America but also for Kyrgyzstan and for the whole of Central Asia," he said.
But Ms Otunbayeva said on Friday: "We will not touch the airbase. The existing contracts will remain in place."
Foreign interference?
In his interview with the BBC from his powerbase in the country's south, Mr Bakiyev said the uprising was a well-organised, covert operation." He said there had been foreign involvement in the uprising, but refused to point the finger at a specific country. Mr Bakiyev he would stay in the country to prevent civil war that could erupt because of the deep divide between the north and the south of the country.
He also poured scorn on the interim government, saying it was unable to restore law and order, while he and his ministers were continuing to work in order to stabilise the country. Mr Bakiyev has offered to talk to the opposition but Ms Otunbayeva has said she has no plans to do so and that the president must resign.
She said Mr Bakiyev had the opportunity "to leave the country. We will guarantee his security, only his personal security, if he resigns," Ms Otunbayeva said.
'Incidents of violence'
On Friday, many of those mourning their loved ones blamed the deaths on Mr Bakiyev. "Bakiyev must be tried and executed for all these crimes," said Fatima Imanaliyeva, whose two friends were killed when security forces opened fire on protesters.
"We will never forgive him. This is our revolution," she said.
Ms Otunbayeva has accused Mr Bakiyev's supporters of continuing to orchestrate "incidents of violence" around the capital, saying that "several bombs" had been planted in Bishkek.
Russia appears to have given its backing to Ms Otunbayeva's leadership.
She has already held telephone talks with Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, and the deputy head of her interim government, Almazbek Atambayev, had gone to Moscow "for talks on economic aid"." - [end excerpt]

WIKILEAKS IS A MOSSAD & CIA CYBER-WARFARE TRAP
Is There a War on Wikileaks?
April 8th 2010 - On March 29th, Steven Aftergood wrote that "WikiLeaks.org, which publishes confidential documents online, says that it is being harassed by U.S. military and intelligence agencies because of its disclosures of restricted information, including the forthcoming release of a classified U.S. military video of an air strike in Afghanistan that produced civilian casualties. But those claims are disputed and can hardly be taken at face value." - [end quote]*
And yes, personally I think - and this is based on more than 40 years as an independent correspondent - that Steven Aftergood is totally right. As far as I can see it Wikileaks is a Mossad/CIA trap. A way of getting at the IP's - the Internet addresses, names etc. of the 'leakers' to this site. And then it's easy to pick up those 'dissidents' everywhere.

March 2010 - WMR [Wayne Madsen Report] has learned from Asian intelligence sources that there is a strong belief in some Asian countries, particularly China and Thailand, that the website Wikileaks, which purports to publish classified and sensitive documents while guaranteeing anonymity to the providers, is linked to U.S. cyber-warfare and computer espionage operations, as well as to Mossad's own cyber-warfare activities.
Wikileaks claims to have decrypted video footage of a U.S. Predator air strike on civilians in Afghanistan and that covert U.S. State Department agents followed Wikileaks's editor from Iceland to Norway in a surveillance operation conducted jointly by the United States and Iceland. Iceland's financially-strapped government recently announced a policy of becoming a haven for websites that fear political oppression and censorship in their home countries. However, in the case of Wikileaks, countries like China and Thailand are suspicious of the websites' actual "ownership."
Wikileaks says it intends to show its video at an April 5 press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, DC but that its presenters may be detained or arrested before that time. WMR's sources believe the Wikileaks "militancy" in the face of supposed surveillance appears fake.
Our Asian intelligence sources report the following: "Wikileaks is running a disinformation campaign, crying persecution by U.S. intelligence- when it is U.S. intelligence itself. Its [Wikileaks'] activities in Iceland are totally suspect." Wikileaks claims it is the victim of a new COINTELPRO [Counter Intelligence Program] operation directed by the Pentagon and various U.S. intelligence agencies. WMR's sources believe that it is Wikileaks that is part and parcel of a cyber-COINTELPRO campaign, such as that proposed by President Obama's "information czar," Dr. Cass Sunstein.
In January 2007, John Young, who runs cryptome.org, a site that publishes a wealth of sensitive and classified information, left Wikileaks, claiming the operation was a CIA front. This is a black 'blowback' day for the criminal cartel's war machine, which relies heavily on it's Manas base there. The latest US TIME magazine: "In a March 5 interview with TIME, an Obama Administration senior official said it had been a close call for the U.S. "That we have the Manas base in Kyrgyzstan is a great achievement," he said. "Russia didn't want to allow us to have that. They put down $2 billion to get us out. But Obama had very frank discussions with [Russian President Dmitri] Medvedev.
He said, If you believe we have a common enemy in Afghanistan, then this is going to help us fight that common enemy. Had we lost that, it would have been a major blow. It is a major hub for getting our soldiers in and out of there." - [end quote]*

The Pentagon secured the Manas Air Base (as of last year known as the Transit Center at Manas) in Kyrgyzstan shortly after its invasion of Afghanistan in October of 2001 and in the interim, according to a U.S. armed forces publication last June, "More than 170,000 coalition personnel passed through the base on their way in or out of Afghanistan, and Manas was the transit point for 5,000 tons of cargo, including spare parts and equipment, uniforms and various items to support personnel and mission needs. "Currently, around 1,000 U.S. troops, along with a few hundred from Spain and France, are assigned to the base." [1]
The White House's Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan Richard Holbrooke paid his first visit in his current position to Kyrgyzstan - and the three other former Soviet Central Asian republics which border it, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan - in February and said "35,000 US troops were transiting each month on their way in and out of Afghanistan." [2] At the rate he mentioned, 420,000 troops annually.
The U.S. and NATO also established military bases in Tajikistan and Uzbekistan for the war in South Asia, but on a smaller scale. (U.S. military forces were ordered out of the second country following what the government claimed was a Tulip Revolution-type armed uprising in its province of Andijan less than two months after the Kyrgyz precedent. Germany maintains a base near the Uzbek city of Termez to transit troops and military equipment to Afghanistan's Kunduz province where the bulk of its 4,300 forces is concentrated.)
In February of 2009 the Kyrgyz government announced that it was also evicting U.S. and NATO forces from its country, but relented in June when Washington offered it $60 million to reverse its decision.
Kyrgyzstan borders China.
It not only borders China, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, but is only separated from Russia by a single nation, Kazakhstan. To gain an appreciation of Russian and Chinese concerns over hundreds of thousands of U.S. and NATO troops passing through Kyrgyzstan, imagine a comparable amount of Chinese and Russian soldiers regularly passing through Mexico and Guatemala, respectively. For almost nine years and at an accelerating rate.
It is not only a military "hard power" but also a "soft power" threat that the Western role in Kyrgyzstan poses to Russia and China. The nation is a member of the post-Soviet Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) along with Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan - seen by many as the only counterpart to NATO on former Soviet space - and of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) with China, Russia and the three above-mentioned Central Asian nations.
According to U.S. officials, during and after the Tulip Revolution of 2005 not a single U.S. or NATO flight into the Manas Air Base was cancelled or even delayed. But a six-nation CSTO exercise scheduled for days afterward was cancelled.
The uprising and the deposing of standing president Askar Akayev in March of 2005 was the third self-styled "color revolution" in the former Soviet Union in sixteen months, following the Rose Revolution in Georgia in late 2003 and the Orange Revolution in Ukraine in late 2004 and early 2005.
As the Kyrgyz version was underway Western news media were asking the question "Who's next?" Candidates included other former Soviet states like Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova and Uzbekistan. And Russia. Along with Georgia, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan those nations accounted for ten of the twelve members of the post-Soviet Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
As Agence France-Presse detailed in early April of 2005: "The CIS was founded in December 1991 on the very day the Soviet Union disappeared....But over the past year and a half, three faithful Kremlin allies were toppled in...revolutions: Eduard Shevardnadze in Georgia, Leonid Kuchma in Ukraine, and, last week, Askar Akayev in Kyrgyzstan....Even though Kyrgyzstan’s new interim leaders have vowed to continue their deposed predecessor’s Moscow-friendly policies, the lightning toppling of the government there has spawned speculation that the CIS would soon collapse." The leader of the "color revolution" prototype, Georgia's Mikheil Saakashvili, gloated over the Kyrgyz "regime change," attributing the "brave" actions of the opposition in Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan "to the Georgia factor," and added, "We are not waiting for the development of events, but are doing our best to destroy the empire in the CIS." Shortly after the uprising former Indian diplomat and political analyst M.K. Bhadrakumar wrote of the then seemingly inexorable momentum of "color" revolts in the former Soviet Union: "[A]ll the three countries [Georgia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan] are strategically placed in the post-Soviet space. They comprise Russia's 'near abroad.'
"Washington has been expanding its influence in the arc of former Soviet republics — in the Baltics...the Caucasus, and Central Asia — in recent years with a tenacity that worries Moscow. "Ever since 2003 when Mr. Akayev decided on allowing Russia to establish a full-fledged military base in Kant he knew he was on the American 'watch list.' The political temperature within Kyrgyzstan began to rise.
"The Americans made it clear in many ways that they desired a regime change in Bishkek....The 'revolution' in the Central Asian state of Kyrgyzstan has already thrown up surprises. A comparison with the two earlier 'colour revolutions' in Georgia and Ukraine will be a good starting point. "First, the striking similarities between the three 'revolutions' must be duly noted. All three are meant to signify the unstoppable spread of the fire of liberty lit by the United States in Afghanistan and Iraq in the aftermath of 9/11.
"But behind the rhetoric, the truth is that the U.S. wanted regime change in Georgia, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan because of difficulties with the incumbent leadership. The leaders of all the three countries — Eduard Shevardnadze in Georgia, Leonid Kuchma in Ukraine, and Askar Akayev in Kyrgyzstan — had enjoyed the support of the U.S. during most of their rule. Washington had cited them repeatedly as the beacons of hope for democracy and globalisation in the territories of the former Soviet Union. "Their trouble began when they incrementally began to edge towards a resurgent Russia under Vladimir Putin." [5]
The two Georges - Bush and Soros - were not alone in fathering the "color" geostrategic transformations from the Balkans to the former Soviet Union and the Middle East. April 8th 2010 - Five years after the global criminal cartel* via their front; the U.S. administration and with armed 'gofers' from the NSA/CIA and their 'Tulip Revolution' - with war criminal and speculator George Soros financing a lot - their 'president' Bakiyev was deposed the same way as he came to power: in a bloody uprising.* Bakiyev by the way - who now has fled - symbolically named the building where his totalitarian adminstration was seated on it's bloody throne the same as in Washington: the 'White House.' Usurped by the criminal cartel here as there...
The battle among those gory and Gargantuan giants, has as always absolutely nothing to do with human beings. They are - in the eyes of the profiteers - only 'colletaral damage.' This is about power and profit from the wars and the drugs.
The latest US TIME magazine: "In a March 5 interview with TIME, an Obama Administration senior official said it had been a close call for the U.S. "That we have the Manas base in Kyrgyzstan is a great achievement," he said. "Russia didn't want to allow us to have that. They put down $2 billion to get us out. But Obama had very frank discussions with [Russian President Dmitri] Medvedev.
He said, If you believe we have a common enemy in Afghanistan, then this is going to help us fight that common enemy. Had we lost that, it would have been a major blow. It is a major hub for getting our soldiers in and out of there." - [end quote]*
It's all a battle about power and profit for the war criminals in Central Asia, and Al Jazeera* - which years ago turned into a propaganda broadcaster for the cartel's war machine, justifying more or less the illegal invasions - writes today about the Kyrgyz opposition which 'seizes power' - and because al Jazeera is advocating the cartel - it's written in brackets:

Opposition leaders in Kyrgyzstan say they have seized power after taking control of security headquarters, state television and other government buildings following a day of deadly unrest. "The security service and the interior ministry, all of them are already under the management of new people," Rosa Otunbayeva, a former foreign minister, told the Russian-language Mir TV channel on Thursday.
The opposition claim came after Kurmanbek Bakiyev, the president, fled the capital Bishkek amid violent clashes between anti-government protesters and riot police on Wednesday. Reports said that Bakiyev is currently in the southern city of Osh." - [end quote]*
But Soros' role in the criminal cartel's 'Tulip Revolution' disaster is evident. Website encyclopedia Wikipedia - which also is managed by Soros' 'Brethren in the Faith' - writes this about him:

Soros, who is part and parcel of the criminal actions globally going on, is always up-front, albeit often 'covered'. Soros, like the rest of those humanoids, makes money out off the blood, sweat and tears of human beings everywhere.
