All disease, death, misery and depravity are effects of it being sold on the black market.

May 14th 2010 - The propaganda broadcasting BBC chimes in, and announces that some kind of fungus has hit Afghan opium poppies. Antonio Maria Costa, the head of the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) told the BBC that this year's opium production could be reduced by a quarter, compared with last year.
BBC: "He said the disease - a fungus - is thought to have infected about half of the country's poppy crop. Afghanistan produces 92% of the world's opium. Mr Costa said opium prices had gone up by around 50% in the region."*
When monopolists like these are involved, they nearly always act in the same pattern. At first they flood the market, at cheap prices, until many are hooked. Then the cartel uses their media to support the 'scarce' tactic, and the prices go up. Meaning: more profit! This looks like it again. Similar to the financiers cartel's artificial global money market disaster. Which they control too.

Opium is used to make heroin, and the criminal group financing this - in a country at war - is dominating 90 to 95% of the world market. They apparently now make opium/heroin more scarce, so the price will go up. Simple, isn't it? So, the criminal cartel and its 'drug lords' keep making billions of the suffering and deaths of human beings. As usual: people NEVER count. They're just tools to get more power and profit.
And the profit of course did go up too, while Mr. Costa from the UN Office on Drugs and Crime says he doesn't know why the fungus is there. In the story I did before, concerning the Golden Triangle, the US, Banks & UK, it was the same as every year the illegal invasion of Afghanistan resulted in a record opium harvest.*
And now it's made scarce, possibly by the 'Lotus Eater' fungus, to drive up the prices? Just think logical about it: who has the 100s of $millions to do this? And how much profit offers a liter of oil compared to a kilo of heroine?
THE CRIMINAL CARTEL IS THE MAFIA
Concerning the criminal cartel financing all this, there was one who told the truth too: "It is not the ordinary people that are the problem," said Col. Miakhel Muhammad Mangal, commander of the force's Third Battalion, who found mines laid in the fields against his unit. "It is the groups behind them, the mafia." - Quote from The New York Times.*
Of course it's a suspicious matter, and also the Wall Street Journal today writes about this, with the usual 'Taliban'-spin: "Poppy Blight Hurts Farmers, but Taliban Stand to Gain." - Kandahar, May 14th 2010 - Afghanistan - Coalition commanders and Afghan officials are debating whether a mysterious blight that wiped out much of the nation's opium harvest this year will bolster or undermine the Taliban, who use the drug trade to help finance their operations.
Afghanistan's poppy harvesting season just ended and, according to initial estimates by the United Nations, poppy yields shrank this year by 30% because of an unidentified plant disease; some U.S. military commanders expect a decline of as much as 50%. Afghanistan accounts for 90% of global opium production, with the crop's local value last year estimated by the U.N. at $2.8 billion.
Most of this is grown in Taliban-heavy southern provinces of Helmand and Kandahar, where the U.S. has sent troops in recent months, aiming to reverse insurgent momentum. The Taliban derive a significant part of their income from the narcotics industry, both by taxing poppy farmers and by processing the raw opium into heroin and smuggling it through Pakistan.
"THIS IS GOOD FOR THE GOVERNMENT"
On the face of it, a bad poppy harvest should be cause for celebration, and Afghan officials said they welcomed the news of the bad harvest. "This is good for the government," explains the governor of Kandahar province, Tooryalai Wesa. "The Taliban will have problems financially, and the farmers will have learned their lesson and, next year, will not plant the poppies anymore."
Some U.S. officers agreed, predicting that a bad poppy harvest will dent the Taliban's ability to pay its recruits—and will make jobs with Afghan security forces and cash-for-work projects financed by the U.S. Agency for International Development more attractive.
The coalition's chief commander in southern Afghanistan, British Maj. Gen. Nick Carter, however, cautioned against such optimism. "A lot of farmers do depend for their livelihood on poppy, and therefore they may well discover that they are in a much more impoverished place—and that may well drive people to the insurgency," he said.
Adding to the insurgency's pull is a rumor—widely believed in southern Afghanistan and denied by coalition officials—that the poppies were deliberately infected by U.S.-led forces.
One of those who believe this rumor is a farmer from the Shah Wali Kot district ofin Kandahar who goes by one name, Mahmood, who borrowed money to plant poppies earlier this year. "The Americans sprayed something and that's why the harvest was so bad," he said. "Now I don't care what it takes to repay my loans and to provide food for my children, even if it means joining the Taliban."
The bad harvest also caused a jump in opium prices, which means the Taliban are still likely to reap a windfall.
According to U.N. surveys, a kilogram of wet opium at an Afghan farm sold for $85 last month, compared with $54 a year earlier. "If the price is so high, next year the opium farmer population will increase because it's so profitable," says Jean-Luc Lemahieu, the U.N. Office on Drugs and Crime representative in Kabul. "This inflates the narcotics bubble."*
According to author William Blum, in his story on "The Real Drug Lords - A brief history of CIA involvement in the Drug Trade," he already wrote about Afghanistan as a drug producer for the CIA in the early days, the 1980s to early 1990s, and it shows how much experience the criminal cartel has in Afghanistan too:
"ClA-supported Mujahedeen rebels [now, 2001, part of the "Northern Alliance"] engaged heavily in drug trafficking while fighting against the Soviet-supported government and its plans to reform the very backward Afghan society. The Agency's principal client was Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, one of the leading druglords and a leading heroin refiner.
CIA-supplied trucks and mules, which had carried arms into Afghanistan, were used to transport opium to laboratories along the Afghan/Pakistan border. The output provided up to one half of the heroin used annually in the United States and three-quarters of that used in Western Europe.
U.S. officials admitted in 1990 that they had failed to investigate or take action against the drug operation because of a desire not to offend their Pakistani and Afghan allies. The: "desire not to offend their Pakistani and Afghan allies," ought to be expressed in billions of dollars, and political as well as strategical advantages. The rest is the usual hypocrisy.
THE BLACK MARKET OF HEROINE
Journalist Nick Davies also wrote about it in The Guardian (UK): "In the case of heroin, all of the side effects which are associated with the drug – all of the disease and death and misery and depravity are the effects not of the drug itself but of the black market on which the government insists that it is sold. So, we have dirty heroin polluted with all kinds of dangerous crap; dirty needles which spread hepatitis and HIV; desperate users who can’t afford to eat or look after themselves; and a never-ending tidal wave of property crime and prostitution.
Pure heroin properly used is a benign drug. It’s worst physical side-effect is constipation. Other drugs, like cannabis and cocaine do have some bad side-effects, but always and everywhere it is true that no drug becomes safer when its production and distribution are handed over to criminals. Water would become dangerous if we banned it and were forced to drink ditchwater from blackmarket dealers. Alcohol did become far more dangerous, when it was prohibited in the United States and brewed with methylated spirits which attacks the optical nerve (which is why so many of the old blues singers were blind.)
In Holland and Switzerland, where they have been supplying their most prolific addicts with clean heroin, they have proved the virtues of legalisation. The average age of addicts in Holland has been rising for years, because they have taken away the blackmarket which sucks in new users as each user deals to his or friends to find funds for their own habit." - [end excerpt]*
And another quote, to show why it's 'forbidden' - and thus profitable - in many other countries: "Portugal provides an effective model of how decriminalisation in a more developed country can be effective. After a surge in heroin use in the 1990s the Portuguese government decriminalised possession of all narcotics for personal use. Hobbs and Mena note that following decriminalisation, “The number of newly reported cases of HIV/AIDS among drug users also decreased significantly, along with drug-related mortality, and decriminalization freed up resources that were channelled into treatment and other harm reduction programs”.*

KERNWAPENS: IRAN HAALT TERECHT OOK UIT NAAR NEDERLAND
4 Mei 2010 - Alle media publiceren natuurlijk dat de Iraanse president Mahmoud Ahmedinejad ook heeft gezegd dat Nederland z'n rol als nucleair doel van de VS moet beëindigen. En er wordt nooit iets officieel gezegd - ondanks dat het een bekend feit is - dat ook op de amerikaans/nederlandse vliegbasis Volkel volledig illegaal kernwapens liggen opgeslagen.* Helemaal in strijd met ook door de VS en Nederland geratificeerde conventies.*

RTL Nieuws heeft er dit over: "Nederland moet zijn kernwapenarsenaal ontmantelen. De Iraanse president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad heeft dat gezegd in New York. Ook Duitsland, Italië en Japan moeten ontwapenen, vindt hij. In de speech haalde Ahmadinejad vooral uit naar de VS. Dat land zou uit het bestuur van atoomwaakhond IAEA moeten, omdat het in de Tweede Wereldoorlog kernwapens heeft gebruikt tegen Japan.
Voor Ahmadinejad aan zijn toespraak begon, liepen de afgevaardigden van de VS, Groot-Brittannië en Frankrijk uit protest de zaal uit. Ook de Nederlandse delegatie liep weg." [ einde citaat]
De buitengewoon leugenachtige z.g. 'minister' Maxime Verhagen, die als oorlogsmisdadiger net zoals de rest van die heulende bende van Balkenende allang opgesloten had moeten worden - zei er volgens RTL dit over: "Verhagen benadrukte dat Nederland de zaal niet verliet vanwege opmerkingen van Ahmadinejad over Amerikaanse bases met kernwapens in Europese landen, maar pas op het moment dat de Iraanse president Israël ervan beschuldigde andere landen in de regio te willen binnenvallen en terreur te willen zaaien."
Dit is zo onwerkelijk onbeschoft als maar mogelijk is. Verhagen en de rest van die volledig onbetrouwbare oorlogsmisdadigers spelen gewoonweg mee in het vuile spelletje dat de werkelijke machthebbers momenteel met Nederland en de rest van aarde spelen. Ten koste van miljoenen mensenlevens en met als enige doel voor ogen de winst in de triljoenen voor het misdadige kartel.*

SMERIGE OORLOGSMISDADIGE LAFAARDS ZIJN 'T
Verhagen zou 's in het 'Niet Verspreidings Verdrag' (NPT - 'Non Proliferation Treaty') moeten kijken of naar hetgeen zelfs een propaganda-medium als de Washington Post vandaag publiceert betreffende de NPT Conferentie die momenteel in de New York plaatsvindt.* De WP schrijft dat de israelische houding mogelijke maatregelen tegen Iran in de weg staat. Het 'compliceert' ze.
"Het is verborgen in punt 31," schrijft de Washington Post in de punten van bespreking van Egypte en andere niet-gebonden landen: "It's buried as Point 31 in a working paper being circulated by Egypt and other nonaligned parties at the Non-Proliferation Treaty review conference in New York: a pledge by countries signing the treaty that they will not permit the transfer of any nuclear-related equipment, information, materials or "know-how" to Israel as long as that country refuses to sign the NPT or put its nuclear facilities under safeguards of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
Point 31 also calls for signatory countries, including the United States, "to disclose all information available to them on the nature and scope of Israeli nuclear capabilities, including information pertaining to previous nuclear transfers to Israel." France and the United States have been identified as key suppliers to Israel's secret nuclear weapons development program in the 1950s and 1960s.
How the Obama administration deals with the nettlesome problem of Israel's nuclear arsenal and the establishment of a nuclear-weapons-free zone in the Middle East will determine U.S. success or failure at the NPT conference.
Israel has as many as 200 nuclear weapons. It has land-based missiles, bombs, and submarines capable of firing nuclear-armed cruise missiles. Its policy is not to acknowledge its nuclear arsenal. It is not a signatory to the NPT, so it is not a participant in the conference.
Iran, on the other hand, has no nuclear weapons -- at least not yet. But as a signatory to the NPT, Tehran's steps toward acquiring nuclear weapons capability have made it a target for U.N. Security Council sanctions, initiated by Washington and its allies, that are more stringent than those Egypt proposes be applied to Israel." - [einde citaat]
Dus géén kernwapens of know-how hierover naar landen zoals Israël die niet de NPT hebben geratificeerd, zegt dit document. Maar desondanks noemt de laffe Maxime Verhagen "de toespraak van de Iraanse president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad 'een aaneenschakeling van ongefundeerde en onaanvaardbare beschuldigingen aan het adres van Europese landen, de Verenigde Staten en Israël'."
Verhagen, net zoals veel teveel andere lafaards en profiteurs - danst volledig naar de pijpen van de machthebbers wiens loopjongens ze zijn. Ze worden er zélf iets beter van door de lafaards en collaborateurs te zijn, en verkopen bovendien heel Nederland achter de rug van de mensen om. Zoals door het criminele cartel gepland. Ze heulen met de beulen en krijgen daarvoor hun Judas bloedgeld, zo hopen ze.
Op nog geen 45 Km van waar dit geschreven wordt, liggen volledig illegale kernwapens van de VS opgeslagen, maar Verhagen zul je er niet over horen. Evemin over het feit dat zestien amerikaanse geheime diensten van de CIA en NASA hebben gezegd dat 't nog jaren duurt vóórdat Iran een kernwapen zou kunnen hebben.
Westerse landen die weer een illegale rooftocht na de al even illegale invasie zien: "en dan met name de Verenigde Staten, Israël, Groot-Brittannië en Frankrijk," zo schrijft RTL: "beschuldigen Iran ervan op kernwapens uit te zijn. Ahmadinejad ontkent dat in alle toonaarden. Zoals ik eerder al schreef: er worden al tientallen jaren lang, 24 uur per dag en zeven dagen per week, satellietfoto's en films gemaakt van Iran, door de VS, Rusland en China. Er kan geen kruiwagen verreden worden, of de bovengenoemde landen kunnen 't zien...
Maar op 13 April 2010 kreeg de démissonaire* 'premier' Balkenende via de werkelijke machthebbers van Nederland de opdracht gekregen een 'nucleair tribunaal' voor te bereiden. Hij voldoet hiermee aan de eisen van de lange-termijn planering van 't kriminele kartel waarvoor Balkenende zich prostitueert: de spanning tegen Iran blijven opvoeren. Dat moet de volgende illegale invasie en rooftocht van 't globale kartel worden."
Verhagen en zijn heulende trawanten steunen ook deze oorlogsmisdaad voor hun bazen:

Net als Irak destijds over massavernietigingswapens, weigert Iran de Verenigde Naties openheid van zaken te geven over zijn nucleaire ambities. Minister Maxime Verhagen (Buitenlandse Zaken) had de motie ontraden. Volgens hem zijn er situaties mogelijk waarin ingrijpen tegen Iran denkbaar is. HET GAAT ALTIJD OM WINST EN MACHT: NOOIT OM MENSENLEVENS
Het moet écht gezien worden als één globaal werkzame misdadige firma. En het wordt ook hoog tijd dat we - hoe gek en onmenselijk 't ook klinkt - dit proberen te begrijpen. Het gaat het moordzuchtige kartel nooit om de mensen, waar danook ter wereld. Miljoenen mensen lijden en worden jaarlijks gedood voor meer macht en profijt van 't kriminele kartel dat de conflicten veroorzaakt.
De globale rooftocht-financiers beschouwen mensen hooguit als een middel om de winst en macht te vergroten. En hun meelopers - zoals vrijwel alle 'politici' en de presstitutees in de media die de oorlogshetzers ook bezitten - die doen eraan mee. Maar, en dat gaat echt gebeuren: ze zullen allemaal hun straf krijgen, in het gevang en/of door nachtmerries.

Dit ondanks het feit dat de meeste mensen die erbij betrokken zijn wéten dat Iran - volgens alle geheime diensten ter wereld, behalve de Israëlische Mossad - géén kernwapens zou hebben. Of uranium voor kernwapens zou verrijken. Bovendien wordt er nog steeds - 24 uur per dag en zeven dagen in de week - satellietfoto's en films gemaakt door de VS, Rusland en China, die dit dagelijks bewijzen. Ook Duitsland, Italië en Japan moeten ontwapenen, vindt hij. In de speech haalde Ahmadinejad vooral uit naar de VS. Dat land zou uit het bestuur van atoomwaakhond IAEA moeten, omdat het in de Tweede Wereldoorlog kernwapens heeft gebruikt tegen Japan.
Voor Ahmadinejad aan zijn toespraak begon, liepen de afgevaardigden van de VS, Groot-Brittannië en Frankrijk uit protest de zaal uit. Ook de Nederlandse delegatie liep weg." [ einde citaat]
De buitengewoon leugenachtige z.g. 'minister' Maxime Verhagen, die als oorlogsmisdadiger net zoals de rest van die heulende bende van Balkenende allang opgesloten had moeten worden - zei er volgens RTL dit over: "Verhagen benadrukte dat Nederland de zaal niet verliet vanwege opmerkingen van Ahmadinejad over Amerikaanse bases met kernwapens in Europese landen, maar pas op het moment dat de Iraanse president Israël ervan beschuldigde andere landen in de regio te willen binnenvallen en terreur te willen zaaien."
Dit is zo onwerkelijk onbeschoft als maar mogelijk is. Verhagen en de rest van die volledig onbetrouwbare oorlogsmisdadigers spelen gewoonweg mee in het vuile spelletje dat de werkelijke machthebbers momenteel met Nederland en de rest van aarde spelen. SMERIGE OORLOGSMISDADIGE LAFAARDS ZIJN 'T
Verhagen zou 's in het 'Niet Verspreidings Verdrag' (NPT - 'Non Proliferation Treaty') moeten kijken of naar hetgeen zelfs een propaganda-medium als de Washington Post vandaag publiceert betreffende de NPT Conferentie die momenteel in de New York plaatsvindt.* De WP schrijft dat de israelische houding mogelijke maatregelen tegen Iran in de weg staat. Het 'compliceert' ze.
"Het is verborgen in punt 31," schrijft de Washington Post in de punten van bespreking van Egypte en andere niet-gebonden landen: "It's buried as Point 31 in a working paper being circulated by Egypt and other nonaligned parties at the Non-Proliferation Treaty review conference in New York: a pledge by countries signing the treaty that they will not permit the transfer of any nuclear-related equipment, information, materials or "know-how" to Israel as long as that country refuses to sign the NPT or put its nuclear facilities under safeguards of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
Point 31 also calls for signatory countries, including the United States, "to disclose all information available to them on the nature and scope of Israeli nuclear capabilities, including information pertaining to previous nuclear transfers to Israel." France and the United States have been identified as key suppliers to Israel's secret nuclear weapons development program in the 1950s and 1960s.
How the Obama administration deals with the nettlesome problem of Israel's nuclear arsenal and the establishment of a nuclear-weapons-free zone in the Middle East will determine U.S. success or failure at the NPT conference.
Israel has as many as 200 nuclear weapons. It has land-based missiles, bombs, and submarines capable of firing nuclear-armed cruise missiles. Its policy is not to acknowledge its nuclear arsenal. It is not a signatory to the NPT, so it is not a participant in the conference.
Iran, on the other hand, has no nuclear weapons -- at least not yet. But as a signatory to the NPT, Tehran's steps toward acquiring nuclear weapons capability have made it a target for U.N. Security Council sanctions, initiated by Washington and its allies, that are more stringent than those Egypt proposes be applied to Israel." - [einde citaat]
Dus géén kernwapens of know-how hierover naar landen zoals Israël die niet de NPT hebben geratificeerd, zegt dit document. Maar desondanks noemt de laffe Maxime Verhagen "de toespraak van de Iraanse president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad 'een aaneenschakeling van ongefundeerde en onaanvaardbare beschuldigingen aan het adres van Europese landen, de Verenigde Staten en Israël'."
Verhagen, net zoals veel teveel andere lafaards en profiteurs - danst volledig naar de pijpen van de machthebbers wiens loopjongens ze zijn. Ze worden er zélf iets beter van door de lafaards en collaborateurs te zijn, en verkopen bovendien heel Nederland achter de rug van de mensen om. Zoals door het criminele cartel gepland. Ze heulen met de beulen en krijgen daarvoor hun Judas bloedgeld, zo hopen ze.
Op nog geen 45 Km van waar dit geschreven wordt, liggen volledig illegale kernwapens van de VS opgeslagen, maar Verhagen zul je er niet over horen. Evemin over het feit dat zestien amerikaanse geheime diensten van de CIA en NASA hebben gezegd dat 't nog jaren duurt vóórdat Iran een kernwapen zou kunnen hebben.
Westerse landen die weer een illegale rooftocht na de al even illegale invasie zien: "en dan met name de Verenigde Staten, Israël, Groot-Brittannië en Frankrijk," zo schrijft RTL: "beschuldigen Iran ervan op kernwapens uit te zijn. Ahmadinejad ontkent dat in alle toonaarden. Zoals ik eerder al schreef: er worden al tientallen jaren lang, 24 uur per dag en zeven dagen per week, satellietfoto's en films gemaakt van Iran, door de VS, Rusland en China. Er kan geen kruiwagen verreden worden, of de bovengenoemde landen kunnen 't zien...
Maar op 13 April 2010 kreeg de démissonaire* 'premier' Balkenende via de werkelijke machthebbers van Nederland de opdracht gekregen een 'nucleair tribunaal' voor te bereiden. Hij voldoet hiermee aan de eisen van de lange-termijn planering van 't kriminele kartel waarvoor Balkenende zich prostitueert: de spanning tegen Iran blijven opvoeren. Het moet écht gezien worden als één globaal werkzame misdadige firma. En het wordt ook hoog tijd dat we - hoe gek en onmenselijk 't ook klinkt - dit proberen te begrijpen. CIA BLOWBACK IN UKRAINE: NEW TREATY WITH RUSSIA
The Times (UK) confirmed the umpteenth CIA 'blowback' again: "Ukraine’s Parliament descended into chaos today as smoke bombs were set off and eggs thrown at the Speaker in opposition protests against a new treaty with Russia." The CIA/NED lost.

April 27th 2010 - In the Ukrainian Parliament at was a protest over a Russian treaty: "allowing Russia to retain its naval base at Sevastopol," as the demonstrators said. The parliament speaker, Volodymr Lytvyn, was forced to take cover under an umbrella, as eggs and other things were thrown.
Clouds of smoke filled the chamber and deputies fought each other in the aisles ahead of a critical vote to ratify an agreement allowing Russia’s Black Sea Fleet to remain in Ukraine until the middle of the century.
The Speaker, Volodymr Lytvyn, was forced to hide under two black umbrellas held up by aides as opposition deputies hurled eggs at him in a bid to disrupt the proceedings. Alarms went off when two smoke bombs were thrown, but deputies continued to debate the treaty even as the chamber filled with fumes.
Despite the protests, 236 deputies in the 450-seat Rada voted to ratify the treaty, allowing Russia to retain its naval base at Sevastopol in Crimea for up to 30 years after its current lease expires in 2017. John Giles wrote among others about this: "Ordinary Ukrainians are reeling from the impact of rising gas prices, not least because the policies of the previous administration have allowed the Ukrainian currency to halve in value, effectively doubling prices of gas and other imports priced in dollars.
The agreement is hated by the nationalist extremists as it shows that the Russians are better friends to ordinary Ukrainians than the USA, who only stirred up trouble by funding the now discredited Orange Revolution." - [end quote]*
And, like in most countries, Greece, Iceland or now in Hungary again, reality is always different from what the mainstream media globally tries to make people believe. The fact is that the criminal cartel's armed errand boys from the CIA and the NED, plus their fake NGO's and so-called color revolutions, found themselves confronted with another blowback. People really are fed up with the scheming of this clique: they people are through with all the dying and suffering.
In August 2006 I did a story - with quite interesting links below - on the CIA/NED orchestrated so called 'Orange revolution,' the faked election in Ukraine. And today it showed again that a majority of the people in Ukraine doesn't want the raw US/UK cartel's global capitalism and inhuman rule shoved down their throats.
Also: the common sense and human Ukrainians do not want to kill and be killed like cannon-fodder as so-called NATO-peacekeepers, being part of the global geopolitical 'game' resulting in power and profit for the criminal cartel only. They too do not want to suffer this pest of an usury-system. And thus voted against it. No more CIA/NED 'Orange Revolution' for them apparently.

The Chinese information agency Xinhua pointed out, that the pro-Russian Viktor Yanukovich lead shrank in the Ukrainian presidential run-off, but anyhow saw the victory of pro-Moscow Yanukovich coming. Unless the criminal cartel pulls some last trick out of the CIA/NED hat. Below the Xinhua story is what I wrote earlier about how the election in 2006 went, and it's more or less the same now: an ongoing blowback for the CIA/NED 'spooks' again.
KIEV, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) - Ukrainian opposition leader Viktor Yanukovich's lead in Sunday's presidential run-off has shrunken to 2.82 percentage points, with 86.66 percent of the ballots counted, according to results published by the Ukraine Central Election Committee (CEC) Monday morning.
Yanukovich, a 59-year-old former prime minister, won 48.58 percent of the vote, while incumbent Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko was supported by 45.76 percent of the voters. Earlier in the day, Yanukovich enjoyed a lead of over 4 percentage points.
Yanukovich, favored by exit polls as the winner of the election, appeared ready to take victory. He said on TV Sunday night that Tymoshenko could start to prepare for her resignation from the post of prime minister. "I think that Yulia Vladimirovna (Tymoshenko) should be preparing for resignation. She understands this well. In any case I think that such an offer will be made to her," he said.
If elected, Yanukovich will become the country's fourth president since the former Soviet Union republic won independence in 1991. Tymoshenko's camp, however, has refused to concede defeat based on the exit poll results. The CEC Deputy Chairman Andriy Mahera told a briefing on Sunday that the commission has deemed the Feb. 7 presidential election valid. A probability of a tie is 0.01 percent, he added.

But alas, and as expected, the 'CIA man' lost to a majority fighting his PNAC rule, and he is now forced to accept 'enemy' Yanukovich as Prime minister. And this PM is his pro-Russian opponent, who was robbed of his election victory by the CIA's fake 'Orange Revolution'. He is a Moscow-backed 'Politruk' and Kommissar, who is looking for revenge. This is 'only' another Russian geopolitical step, one of many taking advantage of the fact that the United States is going down on it's knees.
In Ukraine, since last March 26 parliamentary elections where Yushenko's party only got 14 percent of the votes - and the CIA and collaborating 'spooks' really tried everything - more than four months of political stalemate and 'cloak and dagger' followed, in which the 'crazies' in Washington - via every possible channel - tried to stop Russia from taking back Ukraine.

Because beaten 'president' Yushenko tried - until the early morning hours - to get the parliamentary opposition parties to sign his PNAC master's documents, selling Ukraine and its people.
A 'Pact with the Devil' apparently, stating and confirming that Ukraine will follow the US PNAC policy too; with NATO's killing scenario and totalitarian London made EU rules, including low wage slave labor and inhuman tax laws.
"Unfortunately, the pact has not been signed," U.S. stooge Yushchenko had to admit.

April 27th 2010 - In the Ukrainian Parliament at was a protest over a Russian treaty: "allowing Russia to retain its naval base at Sevastopol," as the demonstrators said. The parliament speaker, Volodymr Lytvyn, was forced to take cover under an umbrella, as eggs and other things were thrown.
Clouds of smoke filled the chamber and deputies fought each other in the aisles ahead of a critical vote to ratify an agreement allowing Russia’s Black Sea Fleet to remain in Ukraine until the middle of the century.
The Speaker, Volodymr Lytvyn, was forced to hide under two black umbrellas held up by aides as opposition deputies hurled eggs at him in a bid to disrupt the proceedings. Alarms went off when two smoke bombs were thrown, but deputies continued to debate the treaty even as the chamber filled with fumes.
Despite the protests, 236 deputies in the 450-seat Rada voted to ratify the treaty, allowing Russia to retain its naval base at Sevastopol in Crimea for up to 30 years after its current lease expires in 2017. The Chinese information agency Xinhua pointed out, that the pro-Russian Viktor Yanukovich lead shrank in the Ukrainian presidential run-off, but anyhow saw the victory of pro-Moscow Yanukovich coming. This is 'only' another Russian geopolitical step, one of many taking advantage of the fact that the United States is going down on it's knees.
In Ukraine, since last March 26 parliamentary elections where Yushenko's party only got 14 percent of the votes - and the CIA and collaborating 'spooks' really tried everything - more than four months of political stalemate and 'cloak and dagger' followed, in which the 'crazies' in Washington - via every possible channel - tried to stop Russia from taking back Ukraine.
''Being forced to accept Yanukovich as prime minister - he was openly supported by Russia during the scandal-tainted 2004 elections - would undermine Yushchenko's efforts to guide Ukraine closer toward political and economic ties with Europe, rather than Russia.'' the PNAC's Herald Tribune writes today.*

What they in between the lines are admitting, is that in the political fight for this profitable country - strategically very important in connection with the Caspian Sea, war harbors and oil and gas pipelines - the US lost the possibility to reconfigure it's empire. The chance is gone to use more brainwashed cannon-fodder as so called UN or 'NATO peace troops', kiling to defend US interests, or to bleed Ukraine like the other colonies within the European Union. The 'Rien ne va plus' was announced long before, but the crusading 'crazies' apparently vegetate in some other inhuman universe, an alien world where reason, compassion, decency, human behavior or logic are non-existing.
However: not Washington's PNAC mafia, nor the foreign managers of the European Union among the 'London War Lords' are amused, it is understood. This means that their propaganda press proceeds with the usual lies, smear and slander concerning all and everything connected to Russia, Russian president Putin [anno 2010 it's Medvedev] and the people in Ukraine; all between heaven and hell will be done to cover and belittle the American defeat and loss of another country.
It also means that the desperate last ditch effort by Yushenko, the CIA's former 'president of Ukraine' most probably will disappear in the global 'memory hole'.
Because beaten 'president' Yushenko tried - until the early morning hours - to get the parliamentary opposition parties to sign his PNAC master's documents, selling Ukraine and its people.
A 'Pact with the Devil' apparently, stating and confirming that Ukraine will follow the US PNAC policy too; with NATO's killing scenario and totalitarian London made EU rules, including low wage slave labor and inhuman tax laws.
"Unfortunately, the pact has not been signed," U.S. stooge Yushchenko had to admit.

HUNGARY STRANGLED BY IMF 'LOANS'
The BBC writes that IMF financial aid is hailed, but in reality IMF 'loans' are like an old-fashioned garrote, the torture and killing instrument preferred by the Inquisition in Spain. It was a wet strip of cow hide tied around some poor victim's throat, slowly drying up in the hot sun, and strangling...
April 27th 2010 - Hungary, like many other countries, will not escape the IMF garrotte. The CIA's 'Trojan Horse' - the National Endowment for Democracy -* also created the Fidesz movement in Hungary for this. And of course, as the CIA financed 'Voice of America' published: "Fidesz defeated the ruling Socialists by winning a super majority of seats. The main Hungarian center-right party - the Fidesz Hungarian Civic Alliance - has declared victory in the country's parliamentary elections."*
To counterbalance the overwhelming propaganda a bit, the VOA writes: "But elsewhere at the Budapest market, an elderly woman selling milk products from a nearby town, believes that fighting rampant poverty should be the government's main concern. The woman, who identifies herself only as Erzsebet, starts to cry when asked by VOA what she expects from the next prime minister. She explains that she is among the many Hungarians who 20 years ago only received small compensation for agricultural lands that were nationalized by the communists. "Now many people just work for a plate of soup," she says." - [end quote]*
REALITY IS AS ALWAYS DIFFERENT
The average Hungarian doesn't know for instance that also president László Sólyom was trained and brainwashed by Rockefeller's special US program for Heads of State, the 'International Visitors Leadership Program. And that's why he did what he was told to do.*
By the way: there must be quite some people left with a functioning memory, who recall the CIA's failed coup in Hungary in 1956. The U.S. armed gofers from the crimnal cartel's CIA* used especially Radio Free Europe (RFE) to incite some kind of revolution, among others by broadcasting Khruschev’s 'Secret Speech' in which he denounced Stalin. It also promised that American aid would help the Hungarians.
This help never showed up, but not knowing what awaited them, the Hungarian people in good faith launched a doomed armed revolt, which immediately led to a major Soviet invasion. The result of the CIA's action? According to 'official' figures, at least 7,000 Soviets and 30,000 Hungarians were killed. How many were wounded is not known.

And personally I remember listening to the radio as the trailing voice of the hungarian broadcaster ended with the question to the americans and their CIA/RFE: "Where are you? You promised!' But, anyhow, it was prime minister Gyurcsany who for his managers insisted the IMF 'bail-out' was necessary. One wonders who profits?
Viktor Orban, who's supposed to be the new prime minster: "told the crowd that his center right Fidesz made history as the first Hungarian political party to capture a two-thirds majority in the 386-seat parliament since Hungary's first post-communist elections in 1990. But he added that his government will face difficult tasks because Hungary is still in the midst of a deep economic recession. Nonetheless, Mr. Orban vowed that Fidesz will rebuild the economy and make Hungary strong again." - [end quote]*
Future PM Orban and the IMF usurers know that this is the usual lie; that Hungary too will be further strangled by the International Murderers Fund, as it's known in many countries which have become the victim of the IMF. The so-called IMF loans - where they first make the debts with some local IMF collaborators - can never be repaid and saddle the tax payer with enormous debts and rampant poverty. That's how the IMF theft works. Everywhere and always.
But, as Stefan Bos in Budapest for the CIA's VOA writes - and as usual contrary to the truth: "Hungarians Demand Better Life After Elections: Hungarians have made the center-right party Fidesz the favorite as they try to recover from the deepest recession in years." Big deal, with so much CIA/NED 'help'. But the NED of course sees the scam different, and referred already earlier to their Fidesz party as being a success.*
Propaganda broadcaster BBC stated that Hungary will get a 'rescue package' shoved down their throats: "but the economic crisis is hurting ordinary people." the BBC's Nick Thorpe reported from Budapest.* And than the further strangling by the IMF with vile local collaborators starts again.
MISLEADING THE PEOPLE
'Presseurop' had not a word on possible CIA/NED connections, but anyhow accused the 'international media' of misleading readers:
"In the days that followed, Hungarian columnists reacted angrily to commentary pieces focusing on "racist Hungary," which neglected to mention the fact that the first round of elections were won by the centre-right FIDESZ party with 53% of the vote. Jobbik, which scored 16.7%, was actually placed third after the socialist party. Some of the harshest criticism was directed at the press in Austria, which is the former imperial power in the region.
The senior editor of the website belonging to the weekly HVG accused the Die Presse special correspondent, Wolfgang Böhm, of deliberately misleading his readers. Specifically, Richard Hirschler was angered by the assertion "that there is no political force in Hungary to oppose the radicalism of the right," because "there have been a number of demonstrations against the Hungarian Guard [an extreme-right militia now abolished], which have met with the same success as the campaign against Haider in Austria."
With regard to Böhm's advice to FIDESZ leader and future prime minister Viktor Orbán "to avoid appeals to national pride, but encourage private enterprise," Hirschler reminds his Austrian colleague "that private enterprise has been stymied by the scourge of corruption and high taxes — a situation which can only be addressed through good governance and a strong state. Thanks for your concern, but perhaps you should do your homework before handing out advice."
"Hungarian liberal left no longer exists"
In the weekly Heti Válasz, columnist Ferenc Horkay Hörcher launches a broadside at Paul Lendvai, who is considered to be a leading specialist on Hungarian politics. To judge from his article in the daily Kurier "the Austrian spin doctor is apparently unaware that 11 April marked the end of an era," remarks Horkay Hörcher.
The Hungarian journalist goes on to accuse "the liberal left-wing media guru who adopts a purportedly disinterested Austrian perspective" of basing his analysis on the opinions of Hungarian politicians who have vanished from view in Hungary, and "casting doubt on the assessments of liberal left and centrist intellectuals who dare voice an opinion that is not aligned with his own.
These fickle 'defectors' actually believe that a two thirds majority (Which Fidesz got on 25 April - HR) makes for a credible future government." - [end excerpt]*
And the average Hungarian? In the future in Hungary - as in many other slowly by the IMF garrote strangled countries, like Iceland or Greece lately - many people will work for a plate of soup. Or even less. They'll be poor, go bankrupt, or commit suicide.

GLOBAL FINANCIAL MELTDOWN IS A CON
As Will Hutton on 18 April 2010 in the british Observer wrote, concerning the global monetary crisis: "Now we know the truth. The financial meltdown wasn't a mistake – it was a con."*

April 20th 2010 - Money is power. It's as simple as that. One can buy everything: emperors, kings, armies, countries, people, goods etc. Everything seems to have its price. With very few exceptions. And those who have the money just want to make more and more. For them the word 'enough,' or 'suffering,' or dying' doesn't exist. It apparently never did.
And the rest of the world's peoples which are abused for this global con - still enriching the rich - is kept in the dark as much as is possible. "You keep them stupid, and I'll keep them poor." That's the criminals slogan. And, since the mad moneymakers own ninety-six percent of the media, this is easy.*
How it's done since ages, the Observer described like this: "Hiding behind the complexities of our financial system, banks and other institutions are being accused of fraud and deception, with Goldman Sachs just the latest in the spotlight. This has become the most pressing election issue of all
The global financial crisis, it is now clear, was caused not just by the bankers' colossal mismanagement. No, it was due also to the new financial complexity offering up the opportunity for widespread, systemic fraud. Friday's announcement that the world's most famous investment bank, Goldman Sachs, is to face civil charges for fraud brought by the American regulator is but the latest of a series of investigations that have been launched, arrests made and charges made against financial institutions around the world. Of course it doesn't look likely to happen to 'Lucky Luke' van Praag, but have you ever thought about how it would be when you're foreclosed, and on the street? Living at first maybe with some family or friends, but also - if you still own one - in your car, on a parking lot etc. With an eventual wife, kids and the family pets? And no money coming in? How do you sleep and feed them? How does one shower? Dress? Go to the toilet? At present the homeless are a lot more than three and a half million in the US alone. And, no address means no vote either... It looks like it's all planned and rigged.
But, I'm afraid that most people in many other countries outside of the USA don't get it, when EVERY DAY - in April 2010 - twenty to twenty-five thousand people have to leave their home, and nobody reacts? The biggest heist in the history of mankind is being perpetrated, the criminal banking cartel is also stealing the houses and billions upon billions of tax money, all over the world too! This is money taken from hard working people to reward banking criminals for their misdeeds. One wonders why they are still freely walking around, they who do this? Or why they are not in jail yet?

Why are not many more US americans - of those tens of thousands and more homeless a day - getting too: "mad as hell, and not taking it anymore"? Where is the rage, their anger?
And when are the victims coming to grips with this orchestrated 'misfortune' they suffer, while the criminals get all the bailout $billions for their con? DEFENDING THE DRUGS CARTEL: BBC BROADCASTS 'FAKE' NEWS REPORTS
Concerning the BBC: David Miller of Spinwatch revealed in 2005 already that fake journalists were operating in the UK. The government pays for their wages and they provide news as if they were normal journalists rather than paid propagandists.
Spinwatch investigation has revealed that journalists working for the Services Sound and Vision Corporation (SSVC) have been commissioned to provide news reports to the BBC. The BBC has been using these reports as if they were genuine news.

The first funerals were held as a day of mourning for those killed was observed on Friday, with thousands of mourners gathering to lay flowers in the main square of the capital Bishkek. More than 1,500 are also believed to have been injured in the violence.
Kyrgyzstan is now in the hands of an interim government led by former Foreign Minister Roza Otunbayeva. Ousted Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev said that although he still regarded himself as the legitimately elected president, with widespread support, he feared he would be killed if he returned to the capital, Bishkek.
Speaking from a secret location in the southern city of Jalalabad, he told the BBC that armed opposition supporters had targeted his office during Wednesday's uprising, and were still trying to track him down. - [ ]
Russia also has an airbase in Kyrgyzstan, and the presence of both has been the focus of debate in recent months. Mr Bakiyev told the BBC the opposition wanted to close the base down. "I think that would be wrong. It's really vital, not only for America but also for Kyrgyzstan and for the whole of Central Asia," he said.
But Ms Otunbayeva said on Friday: "We will not touch the airbase. The existing contracts will remain in place."
Foreign interference?
In his interview with the BBC from his powerbase in the country's south, Mr Bakiyev said the uprising was a well-organised, covert operation." He said there had been foreign involvement in the uprising, but refused to point the finger at a specific country. Mr Bakiyev he would stay in the country to prevent civil war that could erupt because of the deep divide between the north and the south of the country.
He also poured scorn on the interim government, saying it was unable to restore law and order, while he and his ministers were continuing to work in order to stabilise the country. Mr Bakiyev has offered to talk to the opposition but Ms Otunbayeva has said she has no plans to do so and that the president must resign.
She said Mr Bakiyev had the opportunity "to leave the country. We will guarantee his security, only his personal security, if he resigns," Ms Otunbayeva said.
'Incidents of violence'
On Friday, many of those mourning their loved ones blamed the deaths on Mr Bakiyev. "Bakiyev must be tried and executed for all these crimes," said Fatima Imanaliyeva, whose two friends were killed when security forces opened fire on protesters.
"We will never forgive him. This is our revolution," she said.
Ms Otunbayeva has accused Mr Bakiyev's supporters of continuing to orchestrate "incidents of violence" around the capital, saying that "several bombs" had been planted in Bishkek.
Russia appears to have given its backing to Ms Otunbayeva's leadership.
