SEXTRAP: US COURT REJECTS UN SEXUAL HARASSMENT SUIT

March 3d 2010 - Not many people will know that in the spring of 2005 Mr. Ruud Lubbers, the United Nations High Commissioner for the Refugees, was sextrapped.* Framed like so many others. And later on the IAEA chairman el Baradei had to go too, leaving space for the war mongering cartel's new director, Yukiya Amano, to cover up the cartel's criminality, and - in their crazy quest for global robbery and hegemony - further attack Iran for instance.*

One really should see what's happening globally: the criminal cartel uses long term planning and the so called 'Salami tactic': every time a small slice, and finally they'll have the whole sausage...

United Nation's chairman Kofi Annan had to go too: he also had to leave the UN chair to the criminal cartel's own and more compliant 'new' United Nations Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon, who has shown to be the perfect 'house slave' to the cartel. Quote Ban Ki-moon concerning the propaganda and brainwashing by the Hollywood moguls: "Good storytelling is a very strong tool to change the attitudes and minds of people," Ban recalled in an interview. Ban said that's what was on his mind this week as he led a veritable platoon of top U.N. officials, including the heads of UNICEF and the World Health Organization, on a mission to Hollywood to build relationships with the entertainment community and encourage film and television story lines about issues high on the U.N. agenda, such as climate change and violence against women." - [end quote]*

Anyhow, the biased US appeals court rejected this sleaze, the 'UN sexual harassment suit,' which also was based on 'spin' and other lies. None of the other persons at that time in the UN conference room saw anything at all: still Lubbers had to go. You know how this 'honey trap' works, don't you? And the reaction of the average people is what's counted on by the spin-meisters.

Ruud Lubbers at that time also asked Max van der Stoel, the former Dutch high commissioner for minorities, to comment on the confidential UN report. Van der Stoel concluded that: "The OIOS report is deficient in objectivity and impartiality." He added “that the only two other persons in the room did not provide evidence confirmíng the version given by the complainant."

It was all fake, but: "No smoke without fire," is the in this case generally wrong conclusion. And that's exactly the way it's wanted by the spin-meisters. According to them, perception is everything nowadays: facts don't count anymore.

That's why the following appears internationally, about the by the cartel usurped UN: "NEW YORK (AP) March 2nd 2010 - An appeals court says a United Nations employee whose sexual harassment claims led to the resignation of the U.N.'s refugee chief cannot sue in U.S. courts. The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday [02-03-2010] that the United Nations is absolutely immune from such a lawsuit, and its former employees also have immunity.

The ruling upheld a lower court judge's decision to toss out a lawsuit brought by U.S. citizen Cynthia Brzak (BER'-zak). She had alleged that ex-refugee chief Ruud Lubbers (Ruhd LOO'-bers) grabbed her in a sexual manner after a December 2003 business meeting in his Geneva office. Lubbers resigned from the position in February 2005 because of the attention caused by the scandal. Warmongering, 'The Independent' in the UK wrote this again: "In a sharp and potentially ominous new warning, the UN's nuclear watchdog in Vienna is set to say for the first time there are reasons to fear that Iran may be on its way to attaching nuclear payloads to its stock of ballistic missiles.

The finding, leaked from a report to be released next month, is certain to stoke concerns that time is running out to take firmer action against Tehran, which has played a game of cat-and-mouse with the West for years, claiming its nuclear activities are civilian in nature while ignoring UN resolutions demanding that it cease its uranium enrichment activities.

Israel has openly warned that it cannot close the door on a possible military strike against Iran. It is well within range of some Iranian missiles and Iran's president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, has spoken more than once about the need to "wipe Israel off the map". [HR*]

The new report by the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna is written by new director, Yukiya Amano, and is to be presented at a meeting next month. Its content was seen yesterday by reporters from both the Associated Press and Reuters. A US state department spokesman said the report played in to Washington's "ongoing concerns" about Iran's behaviour. P J Crowley also said the US did not understand why Iran refused to "come to the table and engage constructively" over its programme. CRITICS ARE NEUTRALIZED: 'TAKEN OUT'

But anybody anywhere who's using her or his brain and critical of the mad plans, who is against the megalomaniac ideas of the cartel, is 'taken out.' One way or another. Like the U.N.'s High Commissioner who was 'sex framed'. This is not he United States anymore," Lubbers said. UN's High Commissioner for the Refugees, Dutchman Ruud Lubbers, resigning yesterday over sexual harassment allegations, declared his innocence and indicated that Secr. General Kofi Annan had left him no choice, the US information service AP (Associated Press) announced from Geneva.

In a comment from the Netherlands, PM Balkenende said the forced resignation of mr. Lubbers 'left a bitter taste'. Indicating that the truth behind this UN story - as usual - is very different from what AP and many other main stream media are selling. In a personal comment the fired UN chief fought back, and in his letter of resignation, Lubbers, a former Dutch prime minister, maintains his innocence, indicating that Annan had decided it was time for him to go. Lubbers five-year term is officially scheduled to end Dec. 31 - 2005.

"To be frank, and despite all my loyalty, insult has now been added to injury and, therefore, I resign as high commissioner," Lubbers said. And he keeps insisting the allegations of sexual harassment are: "made up" and "slander.'' It is understood that UN's Kofi Annan* acted under american pressure when he ''accepted the resignation'', declaring ''that the continuing controversy had made Lubbers' position impossible.''

The last leg under Lubber's UN chair was treacherously sawn off by the questionable action by the 'news' paper 'The Independent' in England, publishing a to them given report* about the allegations of sexual harassment. The publication of this slander was the last nail in Lubbers coffin after his sharp criticism of the United States. starting two years ago with the illegal Iraq war.*

Especially the three at the top of the UN; Kofi Annan, Ruud Lubbers and the UN's nuclear watchdog IAEA's Director Mohammed el Baradei, have by their open criticism of Washington's belligerent politics, and sometimes refusing to tag the US war line, signed their career's 'death warrants'.

Criticism of Washington or the Pentagon's cartel? In US/UN terms it means: 'they have to go'. And to be replaced by 'better' US collaborators. Like the Netherlands's 'National Shame' - Jaap de Hoop Scheffer. The spineless and detestable dutchman who figures at the helm of the cartel's inhumane war machine NATO as a full time US Quisling, breaching the UN Charter, Geneva Conventions etc. This war criminal is guilty of millions upon millions of dead and suffering people. He will as soon as is possible be taken to an honest court for this, like his fellow and likewise treacherous 'politicians'.*

SECRET DOCUMENTS: US 'BUGGING' UN

To give another example of how the warring and globalyy stealing cartel works, how they get a grip on the - for the US/UK cartel's managers important UN diplomats and others, and with the collaboration of the British secret service and the combined 'special tapping facilities' in England, the US cartel's CIA and british MI6'spooks' are trying since the start of the UN to get information, which also can be used for blackmailing, bullying and bribing. Even illegal information is power, many times more so.

The british newspaper 'The Observer' - with secret documents - on March 2nd, 2003 - published more detailed American plans to bug phones and emails of key members of the United Nations and others in the geopolitical power game.*

But, back to Lubbers 'case': after three months (!) a UN lady popped up, U.S. citizen Cynthia Brzak, who started to accuse Lubbers of sexual intimidation, but without any of the witnesses in the same room having noticed it. That was the beginning of the framing and the nearing of the end for Lubbers. He signed his 'death warrant' in May 2003, when he in a bitter and scathing interview with Amnesty International's newspaper attacked Washington's treatment of prisoners, asylum seekers and muslims.

"It is absolutely unbelievable that in the year 2003 people are fleeing from the United States to Canada, because they do not feel safe anymore in the US", mr. Lubbers said, "This absolutely is a disgusting development".

Since Lubbers did the interview in Holland, which is using a 'neocon blueprint' and follows the US government/cartel like a lapdog, his critical remarks concerning the US cartel's policy only showed up in a few media... The in this interview very outspoken UN High Commissioner explained that he ''abhorred the detention of thousands of people in different countries under the pretext of "the War on terrorism". It's tragic, the way people are labeled 'terrorists'.

'WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW IN THE US IS DEFINITELY HORRIBLE'

According to ex-prime minister Lubbers: "The Americans are totally paralyzed since 9/11, and totally convinced they have to defend themselves against foreign threats. President Bush too is totally convinced of this, and does not see what tragedy is unfolding, which is contrary to american tradition. It's all very regrettable; this is not he United States anymore." the UN official said. The US/UK invasion of Iraq Lubbers called 'a humanitarian crisis' which he warned for beforehand: "It is my job to point out things like these, and criticize", he explained.

IAEA'S DIRECTOR, MOHAMED EL BARADEI NEXT?

The IAEA's director, Mohamed el Baradei was next, since he in an interview with the abominable 'Washington Post', again said that: "The agency hasn't found any evidence to substantiate claims that Tehran is working on a nuclear weapons program as the Bush administration has alleged and wants him to confirm, even if it's not true."

The fact that the IAEA inspectors cooperate daily with Iran in this field and permanently under IAEA regulations have an eye on the spot, doesn't seem to matter to Washington. Nor does the fact that own US spy satellites for at least some decades 24 hrs a day and seven days per week control anything that moves or changes on the ground in Iran.* Even unmanned planes - the drones - do their work, albeit illegally overflying the country which - if this would happen in the US - would mean war. So el Baradei had to go too, according to the idea to rule the whole of the UN.

'OVERLORD' KOFI ANNAN

The United Nation's Secretary General and 'Overlord' Kofi Annan did himself in, when he straightened his back and told the BBC that "the US led invasion of Iraq was an illegal act that contravened the UN charter.''*

The UN's Annan said the decision to take action in Iraq should have been made by the Security Council; not unilaterally. And that was his ticket out, a still meeker replacement on the way in, and thus the United Nations is 'firmer' in the US's hands.

Making - instead of faking UN resolutions - is easier...

Especially when all critics have been neutralized.
